FATHER,TWIN SONS SENTENCED FOR SEX TRAFFICKING MINORS

Chicago father, 2 sons sentenced for sex trafficking CHICAGO —A Chicago father and his twin adult sons are sentenced to federal prison terms for recruiting vulnerable minors to engage in sex acts for money. Prosecutors said their sex trafficking scheme operated out of several malls including one in Calumet City and Muncie, Indiana. Police and prosecutors say despite being picked-up in a Cook County sheriff's sting operation in 2010 and serving a brief stint in prison, the suspects were not deterred. For them, sex trafficking was a family business. WGN Investigates has learned the men would target underaged girls at the River Oaks Shopping Center in south suburban Calumet City as one place underage girls, according to a law enforcement source. THOSE WHO DUPED ME INTRODUCED ME TO CRIME - SUSPECT

A suspected fraudster paraded by the Abia State Police Command has confessed that he was once a victim of fraud, adding that the people that defrauded him were also the ones that introduced him to the crime.  Nwokocha  Lucky and his accomplice Rekiyat Sunday were members of a 419 syndicate, who specialised in picking unsuspecting passengers to unknown destinations to defraud and rob them of their belongings.  Responding to questions from newsmen, Lucky said, "I was duped by some fraudsters while on a journey. Later, I saw one of them and identified him. When I wanted to report him to the police, he asked me to calm down and told me to join them in the business in order to recover my money.  That was why I joined them. But I had not been lucky with this business before my arrest." On her side, Sunday said her duty was to sit in the car, adding that after an unsuspecting passenger entered the car, she would introduce a discussion about certain amount of money she allegedly took

DAILY DEVOTION FOR TODAY 25TH MARCH 2017

Husbands And Wives   A daily devotion for March 25th   From your friends at  RayStedman.org     Read: Ephesians 5:22-33       For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh (Ephesians 5:31).       This verse is not simply an example of beautiful, poetic language. There is a fundamental reality behind this: Husband and wife are not just two people rooming together. Their lives actually do blend into one another. They actually become one. It is, therefore, true that what hurts the wife damages the husband. It cannot help but do so. If he is bitter toward her, it will eat like a cancer in his own life and heart. That is why, if you have had a squabble with your spouse, you may find yourself unable to do your work properly that day. In Dr. Henry Brandt's helpful book The Struggle for Peace, he tells of a woman who came to him because of a great fear she had of going into supermarkets. She came to him for help in thi
