It's reported In a court in Sierra Leone today of an accused who stood in the dock and addressed the magistrate: 'My lord, I am very sorry for not attending court sittings for the last one month. I was tested positive for Ebola. I was at the isolation center in the village receiving treatments. I have just been discharged. (He then started moving towards the magistrate to show his body to him). The magistrate shouted, "Hold it there. Your case is adjourned to next year. In fact, if you wish, don't ever come here again." When the magistrate looked down, the court was empty🏃🚴🏃🏃 Come and see speed 🏃🏃🏃🏃. Even the prosecutor couldn't afford to wait. Life is more precious than litigation 😂😂😂😂

No fewer than 700 suspected cultists and 38 suspected armed robbers were arrested in different parts of Anambra in the last three weeks, Garba Umar, the state commissioner of police, has said. In an alleged ecstasy to impress their paymaster, a team of police operatives, on Sunday, shot dead one Elvis Ovie and injured another, Onome Eko, during a party in Warri, Delta State. Operatives, three of whom are now in police detention, were said to have been in a shooting spree to impress an alleged internet fraudster popularly called 'yahoo yahoo boys' for whom they were providing security. It was gathered that the gun-wielding cops were led by one Insp. Imana Samuel, a Sergeant and a corporal from the Warri Area Command. German national dies after slumping at Lagos airport A German national, Mr Brenard Christo, who slumped  on Friday  at the General Aviation Terminal of the Murtala Mohammed Airport, Lagos, has died at an undisclosed hospital. The spokesman for the Lagos Airport Police Command, DSP Joseph Alabi, confirmed the death of the German to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN)  on Saturday . Alabi said the deceased was waiting to board a local Arik Air flight  on Friday  morning when he suddenly collapsed. He said medical personnel attached to the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) rushed to the scene to assist the German citizen and was eventually taken to a hospital where he later passed on. Shooting on Cleveland's east side on Nov. 24, 2017. Cleveland police were searching Saturday for suspects after six children were shot, including a 12-year-old struck fatally, outside of a liquor store. An preliminary investigation into the Friday night shooting indicated that the suspects approached the store on foot and opened fire just after 7 p.m. ET before fleeing the scene, said Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams. The 12-year-old victim, who was not immediately named, was the son of the liquor store's owner. The 40-year-old father ran outside to investigate the noise when he discovered his son had been shot in the torso and was unresponsive, police said.
