A young teenage couple accused of snatching their newborn baby from hospital have been briefly reunited with their daughter after five days apart. Jayden Lavender, 14, and fiancée Jenifer Morrison, 15, smuggled three-day-old Aria out of the hospital in Sydney at 12.30am on Thursday. Their disappearance sparked a huge search before the pair were found safe and well 16 hours later after spending a night camping with the infant. The teens were briefly reunited with their baby girl on Tuesday amid the family's fears they would never see her again. Jayden and Jenifer said they hid Aria under a blanket and left Nepean Hospital in the middle of the night because they feared their baby would be taken into care by social services. The Edo Woman Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Aisosa Amadasun, and four others, have been brought before a Benin High Court, for allegedly committing contract fraud to the tune of N1.5bn, NAN reports. The other defendants in the case are: Adama Osabuohien, Prince Stephen Alao, Dove Momodu and Ali Sulayman. A 20-year-old girl, Racine Pregunta, was diagnosed osteosarcoma, a rare type of bone cancer, last October, has had her final wish fulfilled after passing away ‘beautifully’ earlier this week. SAPULPA, Okla. - Police say an elementary school teacher was arrested on multiple charges after accidentally leaving her Facebook page open on a school computer. Officers were called to Holmes Park Elementary School on Monday after a teacher found Megan Sloan's Facebook page open on a computer, according to KOKI-TV. Authorities say the page featured a conversation where Sloan reportedly asked about using and selling heroin. Detectives told KOKI that during the investigation, Sloan allegedly admitted to pawning two iPads that belonged to the school district. She also reportedly admitted to using money from field trips for gas and drugs. When officers searched Sloan's purse, they allegedly found syringes and substances that tested positive for meth and heroin.
