The alleged event "simply did not occur", Takei said. On Friday, Scott R Brunton told the Hollywood Reporter that in 1981, when he was 23, he was invited into Takei's condo in Los Angeles. Brunton implied his drink may have been spiked, saying he passed out and awoke to find Takei trying to strip him and groping his genitals. DAILY DEVOTION FOR TODAY THE 12th November,2017

Image
A Good Minister   A daily devotion for November 12th   From your friends at  RayStedman.org     Read: 1 Timothy 4:6-10       If you point these things out to the brothers, you will be a good minister of Christ Jesus, brought up in the truths of the faith and of the good teaching that you have followed (1 Timothy 4:6).       It is necessary that we clearly understand the phrase Paul uses about Timothy. When he calls him  a good minister of Christ Jesus,  he is not thinking of him as a member of the clergy, like we would think of the pastor of a church standing up in front of a congregation. The word that is used here is actually the word deacon rather than minister-- a good deacon of Jesus Christ.  Even then the word is not referring to Timothy as an officer of the church; rather, it is the word that is commonly translated many places in Scripture as a  servant.  That is what a deacon is--one who serves. Here Paul is using the word in the widest sense possible-- a good servant of Jesu...

"The director stands by and has always stood by the January 2017 intelligence community assessment entitled: 'Assessing Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent U.S. Elections.' The intelligence assessment with regard to Russian election meddling has not changed," a spokesperson for the agency said in a statement.   The statement follows President Trump's comments about Russian President Vladimir Putin's repeated denials that Moscow was involved in election interference, as well as a discussion between the two world leaders. The CIA did not comment on Trump's meeting in Vietnam with Putin.   "He said he didn't meddle. He said he didn't meddle. I asked him again. You can only ask so many t...

AIR FORCE FAILED TO SUBMIT CRIMINAL INTEL ON DEVIN KELLEY TO FBI

Image
Texas church killer Devin Patrick Kelley never should have been able to buy his assault rifle, military brass admitted Monday — acknowledging that the Air Force failed to tell the FBI he had been court-martialed for domestic violence. Under federal law, Kelley's 2012 conviction for beating his wife and cracking his infant stepson's skull should have barred him from possessing any firearms after he served 12 months in the brig and was slapped with a "bad conduct" discharge in 2014 . But the fiend amassed a small arsenal by legally purchasing one weapon a year — two each in Texas and Colorado — between 2014 and 2017, authorities said. The former airman was able to pass mandatory background checks because his military criminal record wasn't entered into the FBI's National Crime Information Center database, the Air Force said in a statement . Air Force Secretary Heather Wilson and Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David Goldfein have ordered "a complete review of...
