According to eyewitness accounts, the dare-devil robbers, stripped the ladies unclad and locked them inside a room occupied by the only male member of the hostel, after they had removed the properties belonging to the ladies. At least 36 bodies have been found at the Resorts World Manila entertainment complex that was stormed by a gunman, in what officials believe was a botched robbery. Most of the dead suffocated in the chaos as guests and staff tried to flee choking smoke at the complex after the attack began shortly after midnight. Police office chief Oscar Albayalde said they were in the casino's main gaming area. "What caused their deaths is the thick smoke," he said. "The room was carpeted and of course the tables, highly combustible." A resort official said the dead included 13 employees and 22 guests. The Inspector-General of Police (IGP's) Intelligence Response Team (IRT) announced the arrest of five suspected armed robbers who planned to attack some banks in Lagos. The IRT Commander, ACP Abba Kyari, disclosed this on Friday in Lagos. The commander said that the suspects were arrested at Ikorodu and Ajah areas of Lagos State, as they were about attacking the banks, Daily Trust  reports.  He said their arrest was part of the IGP Ibrahim Idris' effort to neutralize the threat posed on Lagos by the notorious new militant leader called  America . The Nigeria Customs Service Tincan Island Port Command, on 1st June, 2017, handed over 2 suspected stolen Range Rover SUV to Interpol. In his narrative while handing over the Range Rovers, the Controller Tincan Island Port, Comptroller Bashar Yusuf disclosed that the interception was sequel to intelligence report from Interpol. He stated that the vehicles were imported from Washington D.C and declared as Toyota Tundra and Chevrolet Cruiz with some bicycles. A  mild drama played out at the Plateau State orientation camp of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in the Mangu area of the state as two newly sworn-in corps members were reportedly caught having sex inside a gutter. The randy corps members are among the many young graduates that were recently sworn in for the Batch A Stream 1 for the compulsory one year national service. According to multiple online reports, the incident happened in the early hours of Tuesday, May 30, 2017 when some camp soldiers on parade walked in on the duo in the middle of a heated sexcapade. The man blamed the devil for pushing him into the act while the woman who is reportedly married blamed the cold weather of the state for pushing her into the act. The woman whose identity was not immediately disclosed, stated that she finds it difficult to stay away from sex for too long. The police in Ghana have arrested about four people who allegedly murdered and lynched a soldier in Ghana after mistaking him for an armed robber.   Four out of the five prime suspects have been arrested in connection with the lynching of a Captain of the Ghana Army have been sent to the Central Regional Police Headquarters in Cape Coast.
