Alleged murderer and violent MS-13 gang member Walter Yovany Gomez has been added to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.

Mollie Halpern: Alleged murderer and violent MS-13 gang member Walter Yovany Gomez is added to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.
An up to $100,000 reward is available for information leading directly to Gomez's arrest.
Case Agent Daniel Brunner says Gomez sliced his friend's throat and stabbed him nearly 20 times back in May of 2011 in Plainfield, New Jersey.
Daniel Brunner: His friend never saw it coming. It was really very brutal. His friend never stood a chance.
Halpern: Gomez escaped and was last seen in Maryland.
Brunner: If somehow you know where he is, or if you're friends with a friend who's friends with him, I would like you to call 1-800-CALL-FBI. But for safety purposes, if you're physically near him, dial 911—get the police there as soon as possible.
Halpern: Gomez is the 513th fugitive placed on the famous list. He replaces Marlon Jones, who was captured last year when publicity surrounding the list led to a tip.

NSCDC operatives File The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) said it discovered an illegal refinery in a rented apartment in Sokoto state. The wife of the President, Mrs. Aisha Buhari, and the Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II, on Saturday, condemned the rape of a six-month-old baby, stressing that the culprit must be made to face the music. The Rivers State Police Command has nabbed a suspected cultist, who allegedly used a kidnap victim's intestines to prepare pepper soup. The Command also disclosed that two more suspects have been arrested in connection with the ritual killing of the eight-year-old girl, Miss Chikamso Mezuwuba, by a suspected ritualist, Ifeanyichikwu Dike. NIGERIA POLICE SPEAK ON MOB JUSTICE INCIDENTS IN LAGOS

The  Police in Lagos have warned residents of the state against subjecting suspected criminals to jungle justice. Fatai Owoseni, the state police commissioner, in a statement on Friday warned that those found involved in the "unlawful and barbaric act" would be prosecuted.   "There is no justification for jungle justice on suspected persons," Mr. Owoseni said.   "It is barbaric and uncivilized. It is a manifestation of the erosion of our moral values and a disregard to sanctity of human lives.
