POLICE ARREST NOTORIOUS CULTIST TERRIFYING IMO STATE;DETAILS AND PHOTOS

Operative of the Nigerian Police Force have finally arrested a notorious cultist, Tochi Chilaka, popularly known as Toshiba.

He was arrested at Akwakuma in Owerri Norh LGA after he had robbed one Franca Edom at gun point of undisclosed sum of money.
According to reports, the rusticated student of Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, is a member of the Black Axe Confraternity and a notorious criminal who has been on the wanted list of the Police Command.
He has made useful statements to the Police confessing to have been involved in many criminal activities in the state including arm robbery, burglary/stealing as well as other drug related offences.
He is also responsible for the murder of one Chinedu Stephen Akagha 35years old, who was shot to death by two armed men opposite Chibyke Filling Station, Akwakuma in November, 2016.
The suspected hoodlum was arraigned alongside other criminal elements, kidnappers and fake soldiers who were apprehended by operatives of the Imo police command.

NSCDC operatives File The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) said it discovered an illegal refinery in a rented apartment in Sokoto state. The NSCDC Commandant in the state, Babangida Dutsin-ma, made this known in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Friday in Sokoto. The Rivers State Police Command has nabbed a suspected cultist, who allegedly used a kidnap victim's intestines to prepare pepper soup. The Command also disclosed that two more suspects have been arrested in connection with the ritual killing of the eight-year-old girl, Miss Chikamso Mezuwuba, by a suspected ritualist, Ifeanyichikwu Dike. The  Police in Lagos have warned residents of the state against subjecting suspected criminals to jungle justice. Fatai Owoseni, the state police commissioner, in a statement on Friday warned that those found involved in the "unlawful and barbaric act" would be prosecuted.   "There is no justification for jungle justice on suspected persons," Mr. Owoseni said.   "It is barbaric and uncivilized. It is a manifestation of the erosion of our moral values and a disregard to sanctity of human lives.
