       Leadership newspaper repoter, Midat Joseph was arrested by security men attached to the Kaduna state governor,Nasir El-Rufai. He was allegedly arrested on the orders of the state Governor.Security operatives stormed the the home of Midat Joseph in the early hours of today arresting him over a recent report he wrote criticizing the state government.

        The tyrant of a governor should at least tell Nigerians what his offence is and if what he wrote was unlawful.Well as far as we concerned,Midat Joseph is a Nigerian,a free one at that with the right to freedom of speech,we appeal to the federal government to intervene and curb this notoriety of these governors such as that of Kaduna state and his twin brother in Kogi,Yahaya Bello who sent a team to abduct Austin Okai  Arrest of Austin Okai: Impunity Taken Too Far – Group | :: Latest ... from Abuja who we believe is been incarcerated somewhere in the state capital,Lokoja.

        Lest the governors and their colleagues forget,they are only making more enemies for themselves but come 2019,we shall remind them as all these media stunts they are creating is part of their campaigns in the making and we shall not stop.

 RELEASE THEM NOW OR CHARGE THEM TO COURT, MARC PIUS ONUCHE AYEGBA.

NSCDC operatives File The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) said it discovered an illegal refinery in a rented apartment in Sokoto state. The wife of the President, Mrs. Aisha Buhari, and the Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II, on Saturday, condemned the rape of a six-month-old baby, stressing that the culprit must be made to face the music. The Rivers State Police Command has nabbed a suspected cultist, who allegedly used a kidnap victim's intestines to prepare pepper soup. The Command also disclosed that two more suspects have been arrested in connection with the ritual killing of the eight-year-old girl, Miss Chikamso Mezuwuba, by a suspected ritualist, Ifeanyichikwu Dike. Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr. Ahmed Zaki, said this, yesterday in Port Harcourt while parading 23 suspected armed robbers, cultists and kidnappers, arrested by the tactical unit of the command. The  Police in Lagos have warned residents of the state against subjecting suspected criminals to jungle justice. Fatai Owoseni, the state police commissioner, in a statement on Friday warned that those found involved in the "unlawful and barbaric act" would be prosecuted.   "There is no justification for jungle justice on suspected persons," Mr. Owoseni said.   "It is barbaric and uncivilized. It is a manifestation of the erosion of our moral values and a disregard to sanctity of human lives.
