FACEBOOK MESSAGE REVEALS CRIMES AND LEADS TO ARREST OF OKLAHOMA ELEMENTARY TEACHER

SAPULPA, Okla. - Police say an elementary school teacher was arrested on multiple charges after accidentally leaving her Facebook page open on a school computer.

 Officers were called to Holmes Park Elementary School on Monday after a teacher found Megan Sloan's Facebook page open on a computer, according to KOKI-TV.

 Authorities say the page featured a conversation where Sloan reportedly asked about using and selling heroin.

 Detectives told KOKI that during the investigation, Sloan allegedly admitted to pawning two iPads that belonged to the school district. She also reportedly admitted to using money from field trips for gas and drugs.

 When officers searched Sloan's purse, they allegedly found syringes and substances that tested positive for meth and heroin.

 Sloan was arrested on embezzlement, three counts of possession of controlled drugs within 1,000 feet of a public institution and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 Sapulpa Public Schools assistant superintendent Johnny Bilby released the following statement after her arrest:

 "We are working closely and cooperating with Sapulpa Police to investigate this matter fully and resolve it."

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A Memphis preschool worker has been charged with aggravated child abuse after police say she dragged a 16-month-old boy by one leg and broke the other. Police said the toddler was injured September 20 at the M.E.M. Preschool and Summer Camp on Macon road while he was being watched by Omeika Williams. Investigators said Williams told the child’s parents the boy tripped over a rug and hurt his left leg, but video from the preschool showed her dragging the boy by his right leg causing his left to twist under his body. An Ile-Ife Magistrate Court has remanded one Isreal Ojimi, 38, said to be a prophet and Bose Adetimikan, 27, in prison custody over alleged rituals. The prosecutor, Inspector Emmanuel Abdullahi, told the court that the accused committed the offence on May 20, 2017, around 10:00 pm at Mosarajo area via Ile-Ife. According to him, they had armed themselves with some charms in the form of a garment with an intention to commit felony. He further explained that they conducted themselves in a manner that caused mayhem, adding that their behavior was against the norms and ethics of the nation and had contravened sections 213, 249 (d) and 516 of the State Penal Code. Although defence counsel, Mr Alaba Awoseemo pleaded for their bail in most libral terms, the plea was not accepted. Amilcar Henriquez shot dead in his Panama home . Police in Panama say national team soccer player Amilcar Henriquez has been shot dead while leaving his home. The press chief for Panama’s National Police says the killing happened Saturday in the country’s Colon province. Authorities say a gunman shot the 33-year-old midfielder several times. Another two people were wounded. The player died at a nearby hospital. President Juan Carlos Varela has condemned the killing on his Twitter account. February 15 2017 A homicide investigation is underway Wednesday after two bodies, presumed to be missing 13-year-olds Liberty German and Abigail Williams, were found on Tuesday. The two school friends were last seen on Monday afternoon after they went for a hike along the Delphi Historic Trail in Carroll County, Indiana - just a few miles from home. Sgt. The action is being led by Marwan Barghouti, a Palestinian leader jailed by Israel for life for five murders.
