Arsenal Congratulate Iwobi After Scoring Firing Nigeria To Russia 2018Alex Iwobi and team mates celebrating his goal against Zambia.

 

Arsenal have congratulated Alex Iwobi over Nigeria’s qualification for the 2018 World Cup. 
The Hale End graduate netted the lone goal of the game against the Chipolopolo of Zambia.
And the Gunners took to their official Twitter handle to congratulate Austine Jay-Jay Okocha’s nephew for the victory.
“From coming through our academy to sending Nigeria to the World Cup. We’re all so proud of you,” the North London team tweeted.
The Super Eagles will now go into the last game of the qualifiers, against Algeria, with calmed nerves having got thirteen points from five games.

MAN IN CUSTODY FOR ASSAULT ON PREGNANT WOMAN February 22, 2017; An Osun Magistrate Court sitting in Ile-Ife has docked one Dayo Adebayo, 29, for alleged assault on a pregnant woman.   The prosecutor, Sunday Osanyintuyi, told the court that the accused committed the offence on February 13, around 11:45 pm at Ehindi Street, Ile-Ife.Osanyintuyi, said Adebayo assaulted the woman named Blessing Monday, by hitting her with his fist across her face, causing various injuries.He added that the offence was contrary to and punishable under section 356 of the Criminal Code (Cap 34 Vol 11), Laws of Osun, 2002. According to multiple online reports, the incident happened in the early hours of Tuesday, May 30, 2017 when some camp soldiers on parade walked in on the duo in the middle of a heated sexcapade. The man blamed the devil for pushing him into the act while the woman who is reportedly married blamed the cold weather of the state for pushing her into the act. The woman whose identity was not immediately disclosed, stated that she finds it difficult to stay away from sex for too long.
