MEMPHIS - PRESCHOOL WORKER WHO DRAGGED TODDLER BY HIS LEG CAUGHT CAUGHT ON VIDEO

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A Memphis preschool worker has been charged with aggravated child abuse after police say she dragged a 16-month-old boy by one leg and broke the other.
Police said the toddler was injured September 20 at the M.E.M. Preschool and Summer Camp on Macon road while he was being watched by Omeika Williams.

Investigators said Williams told the child’s parents the boy tripped over a rug and hurt his left leg, but video from the preschool showed her dragging the boy by his right leg causing his left to twist under his body.

The child was diagnosed with a fractured left tibia and is now in a leg cast.
We tried to contact the preschool, but no one answered at the business.

FORMER SHELTON MANAGER ACCUSED OF SEXUALLY ASSAULTING EMPLOYEES

The former manager of a Shelton restaurant is accused of sexually harassing employees and touching them inappropriately. Police started the investigation in March 2016 when three female employees of Dee's Kitchen at 509 Howe Ave. in Shelton went to police to report that 58-year-old Bryan Stockbridge, of Ansonia, was sexually harassing them and had touched them inappropriately on several occasions. Detectives quickly obtained an arrest warrant, but they could not apprehend him, police said. They then obtained information that Stockbridge fled to California after an interview with detectives. Shelton police obtained information today that Stockbridge was back in Connecticut, living in Ansonia, and they took him into custody. Stockbridge has been charged with three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault. He posted a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Derby Superior Court tomorrow.

Justice Ibrahim Buba of a Federal High Court in Lagos has issued an Anton Piller order, directing the seizure of a film titled "Okafor's Law" directed by Nollywood Producer, Omoni Oboli. The court also issued an interim order, suspending the release and launch of the film, in any movie theatre or cinema house on March 31, pending the determination of a motion on notice before the court. The judge ordered the seizure of all copies, materials, projections or infringing materials, relating to the subject matter. The orders followed an ex parte application filed by a company, Rancoteur Productions Ltd, on behalf of a Canada based script writer, Jude Idada. Idada lays claim to the film "Okafor's Law" as his intellectual property. Barely one week after a policeman lost his service rifle to unknown gunmen, another policeman has been attacked and killed by unidentified hoodlums in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital. The unnamed policeman was reportedly killed in a beer parlour in the state capital.
