EX PRESIDENT CALLS ANTI-GRAFT BOSS "A BLOODY LIAR"

Former President Goodluck Jonathan has attacked ex EFCC Chairman Farida Waziri.

Former President Goodluck Jonathan has just unloaded on Mrs. Farida Waziri who oversaw affairs at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) from 2008 to 2011.

And let's just say it was Waziri who started it all. » How so? We can explain.
You know, Waziri recently said Jonathan fired her as EFCC boss because she went after an unnamed individual who was friends with the big boys in Aso Rock.

According to Waziri: "I came to Lagos on a vital intelligence on the (petrol) subsidy scam and as soon as I arrested a key culprit, I got a call from the Presidential Villa asking me to release the suspect, because, in their words, 'he is our person', but I refused to let him off and days after, I was removed from office."

Waziri also said she was very grateful to Jonathan for axing her at the time, because she couldn't stand the corruption of the Jonathan era no more.
"And that is why if I see President Jonathan today, I will kneel down to thank him for the honour done me by removing me as the EFCC Chairman at the time he did", Waziri said.
It took a couple of hours for Jonathan to hit back.

And the clap back arrived through his Twitter account @GEJonathan.
"If Farida is not telling lies she should mention the person or company she was investigating and she was stopped, let the EFCC investigate. Crime has no statute bar. If she can't then she was simply hired to attack me", Jonathan snarled.
Oh well, that escalated quickly.

John Cena sold his new Ford GT car, but the company was not happy with his move. Ford is taking legal actions by suing the "American Grit" star for violating their contract by selling his new $500k 2017 Ford GT. According to the lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court in Michigan, Cena was "selected from thousands of applicants for the opportunity to purchase the Ford GT," TMZ reported. The "Total Bellas" star signed a deal where he agreed to hold onto the car for at least two years before he can unload it. The company claims that as soon as the professional wrestler received the vehicle, he immediately sold it for a big profit. Meet the suspects who allegedly murdered a JUMIA delivery man over iPhone 7, police recover body A facebook user, Ossai Ovie Success, said the body of the delivery man was found inside a septic tank and the police detectives had to pull the dead body tied from the tank. He was said to have been declared missing on Saturday and the police began a search for him until he was found in the septic tank within the compound where he delivered the phones.           A 53-year-old Nigerian man who works at the United Nations was arrested in connection with a string of bank robberies in Manhattan, over the past month and a half, law enforcement sources tell News 4 New York. The NYPD’s Major Case Squad arrested Abdullahi Shuaibu, of Queens, on Monday, April 17th, at his office at the Foreign Press Centers across from the United Nations building. Police believe he robbed banks while on work breaks.          Law enforcement sources say Shuaibu robbed a HSBC bank at 40th Street and Third Avenue on Monday and then returned to work shortly before he was arrested.They say he’s wanted in at least three other bank robberies.          Shuaibu is listed as a communication specialist at the U.N. CONOR McGREGOR A judge in Ireland ripped into Conor McGregor on Thursday for his "disrespect to the court" after the famous fighter showed up tardy to pay a speeding ticket. McGregor had previously failed to show up twice for his court appearance over the ticket, and it was looking like he was going to make it a third time before he finally showed. In the time that she was waiting for him, judge Miriam Walsh of the Blanchardstown District Court vented about the disrespect the fighter was showing. "I'm getting nothing but fingers from Mr. McGregor. If he's making a case he has to be here," Walsh said to McGregor's solicitor, via The Mirror. "This is absolute disrespect to the court. I am very annoyed with Mr McGregor." McGregor apologized for being late once he did show. He pleaded guilty and paid his fine.
