GIVING DSTV THE RUN ;TSTV BEGINS SALES AND OPERATIONS,EXPLAINS ONGOING PROMO

TSTV Africa has finally commenced full operational services and sales of its products to members of the public.
MD/CEO of TSTV Africa, Bright Echefu,
made the confirmation to newsmen yesterday.

Noting that the payTV commenced roll out on November 1st as earlier promised,
Echefu assured customers of value for their money.

The CEO, represented by the Head, Corporate Communications, Madu Ugo, said TSTV Africa appreciates Nigerians for the love, patience and understanding thus far.

"Foremost, we are not unaware of our promise to commence full commercial sales and operations of TStv Africa on 1st November 2017 nationwide​", he stressed.​

"In line with this commitment of ours, we have commenced the distribution and installation of TStv Africa Promo (free of cost) decoders across the country."
According to the CEO, the painstaking exercise is to ensure the proper monitoring and evaluation of the signal strength and quality of its channels and programs across the country.

"Similarly, in a bid to achieve uniformity and evenness in the sales of our decoders nationwide, the accreditation of selected dealers is ongoing in addition to the full branding of the dealers' outlets across the country.
"The above stated ongoing activities upon confirmation, shall constitute a prelude to the commencement of the commercial sale of TStv Africa decoders nationwide.

"We wish to reassure Nigerians that we remain committed to our promise to offer premium quality and affordable DTH services across the country seamlessly."

Heavily armed policemen on Tuesday in Dutse, Jigawa State capital, fired teargas canisters at a crowd that gathered at the Chief Magistrate Court Two for the arraignment of former governor Sule Lamido, who is being tried for making inciting remarks. Counsel for the Jigawa State Government, Ikenna Ekpunobi, insisted that Lamido should not be granted bail until investigation was completed. Emphasising that Lamido was charged with disturbing public peace and inciting public disturbance, Ekpunobi argued that the allegations were contrary to the provisions of the Criminal Code of Jigawa State. A middle aged man has been arrested in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital for being in possession of human parts. Tribune Online gathered that the suspect had been under surveillance of residents of Ita Kudimo, Abata Suban, Pakata area of Ilorin West local government in the past few days after speculation grew that he possessed a corpse in his building. It was also gathered that the neighbours of the suspect swooped on his residence at about noon on Sunday and the suspect was allegedly caught with human parts. Police say 43-year-old Trinidad Bueno-Sanchez of North Chicago, a married man with a 6-year-old child, did everything right when trying to sell his cellphone. Using OfferUp, he found a potential buyer who expressed interest in purchasing his iPhone 6 for $450, and agreed to meet them in the parking lot of a Meijer store in Round Lake Beach the evening of April 24.
