Drama as LASTMA Official Caught Fighting Bus Driver in Lagos While in Motion (Photos)


A Lagos State Traffic Management Authority was on Tuesday caught red-handed struggling and fighting a bus driver over a disagreement.

The official who didn’t mind that the car was in motion, jumped into the driver’s side and began fighting him.
According to the Twitter user who shared the story, the incident happened at Fadeyi on Tuesday.

“This happened at Fadeyi this morning. The official was struggling with d driver in motion.” @mystique_lowla wrote.
“the lastma officials were behaving like animals. Is that the training they received?” she asked.

“They stopped the bus in the middle of the road & caused so much traffic. Yet they were not bothered.

“Lastma officials are the worst of them all!!! Area boys in uniform!

“Red bus driver passed BRT lane. That was wrong but is it worth the life of over 50 Nigerians in the bus?” the woman wrote. See more details below;

EFCC UNCOVERS N13 BILLION CASH IN LOCAL AND FOREIGN CURRENCIES IN LAGOS APARTMENT

The whistle blowing policy of the Federal Government appears to be paying off as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Wednesday announced that it uncovered foreign currencies and Naira notes to the tune of $43.4 million, £27,800 and N23.2 million at a four-bedroom apartment in Ikoyi, Lagos. The total amount of money recovered at the current Central Bank exchange rate is over N13 billion. The operation followed a confidential information received by the Commission's Lagos office regarding some suspicious movement of bags in and out of a particular apartment in the building. Another source who is conversant with the apartment indicated that a woman usually appeared on different occasions with 'Ghana Must Go' bags, the EFCC said. A suspected ritual killer, Adebayo Mudashiru, has confessed that he and his colleagues buy human parts, including skulls, eyes and teeth, for N12,000. The suspect was arrested alongside three others in the Abeokuta and Owode Egba areas of the state by men of the Ogun State Police Command. The state Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Iliyasu, paraded the suspects at the headquarters of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad, Magbon, Abeokuta over the weekend. Iliyasu said the four suspects specialized in killing for ritual purposes and belonged to two different ritual groups.
