Arsenal Congratulate Iwobi After Scoring Firing Nigeria To Russia 2018Alex Iwobi and team mates celebrating his goal against Zambia.

 

Arsenal have congratulated Alex Iwobi over Nigeria’s qualification for the 2018 World Cup. 
The Hale End graduate netted the lone goal of the game against the Chipolopolo of Zambia.
And the Gunners took to their official Twitter handle to congratulate Austine Jay-Jay Okocha’s nephew for the victory.
“From coming through our academy to sending Nigeria to the World Cup. We’re all so proud of you,” the North London team tweeted.
The Super Eagles will now go into the last game of the qualifiers, against Algeria, with calmed nerves having got thirteen points from five games.

A dog walker was attacked by a man who held a knife to her throat and attempted to rape her. L OKOJA— Organised labour in Kogi State has given the state government a seven-day ultimatum over its decision to pay 50 percent salary to workers and 40 percent to local government staff across the state. Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State The workers, after a meeting presided over by the state Chairman of Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Onuh Edoka, and his Trade Union Congress, TUC, counterpart, Ranti Ojo, restated their resolve to reject the half salary policy of government. Edoka said: "If the N2.6 billion being quoted now by government as July wage bill is sacrosanct, and if the monthly allocation that accrued to the state from the federation account without the IGR shared in the month of August stands at N2.6 billion as presented to organised labour, we wish to ask why this percentage of salary?"

One crewmember died and two others were injured after a U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopter crashed at a golf course in Leonardtown, Maryland, during a "routine training flight" shortly before 2 p.m. EST today, officials told ABC News. The survivors, in critical and serious condition respectively, were transported to the University of Maryland R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, the Army said. The cause of the crash remains under investigation, the Army said. "We are deeply saddened by this loss within our community," said Maj. Gen. Bradley A.
