A disgruntled husband killed his wife during their cruise-ship vacation because "she would not stop laughing at me," according to newly filed court papers. Kenneth Manzanares attacked his wife, Kristy, inside their cabin aboard the Emerald Princess cruise ship Tuesday night, according to an affidavit filed Wednesday in Alaska federal court. A witness told authorities that when he entered blood-splattered Cabin D726 — where the Manzanareses were staying — Kristy, 39, was lying on the floor in a pool of blood. "She would not stop laughing at me," Kenneth told the stunned witness, who then watched as the distraught hubby grabbed Kristy's body and tried to drag her toward the balcony. Nigerian policeman pays 15-yr-old girl for sex,collects his money back at gunpoint   27-year-old Chukwuemeka Ekwonna, a washington, D.C., police officer has been charged with soliciting sex from a 15-year-old in Glen Burnie and then robbing her at gunpoint, in January. Police said a 15-year-old girl who was receiving services from the Department of Social Services said she had met Ekwonna on a social media application called "Tagged" and set up a meeting with him where he'd pay for sex.  The two met in the Quarterfield Crossing Apartments in Glen Burnie, where the 15-year-old performed sexual acts in exchange for money, police said in charging documents.  As the teenager attempted to leave, Ekwonna pulled out a handgun,police said. 72-year-old Clarence White who got fed up of his wife complaining about his inability to satisfy her sexually or financially ended up pulling the trigger on her. The man is said to have grabbed a 22-caliber handgun and shot his much-younger wife in the face at their Bronx home on Thursday morning.
