NIGERIA POLICE ALLEGEDLY ARREST SCHOOL BABIES AGED 4 TO 7

ENUGU POLICE LAUNCHES INVESTIGATION INTO ARREST OF PRIMARY SCHOOL PUPILS

The Enugu state police force has launched a full scale investigation into the widely reported arrest of primary school pupils Montessori primary school,GRA Enugu by some of its officers.

Below is a press statement from the force;

‘ENUGU STATE GOVERNMENT POLICE IN CONJUNCTION WITH EARLY DEW MONTESSORI PRIMARY SCHOOL GRA ENUGU, ARRESTING 4 TO 7 YEAR OLD AND PUTTING THEM BEHIND A HILUX”.

The command wish to make it categorically clear that such development negates its sincere aspiration/programme towards erasing police/children phobia thus bringing children and youth closer to the police as well as exposing them to numerous potentials/opportunities in the police which is part of the command’s laudable programme tagged Students/pupils handshake with the commissioner of police being pursued vigorously by the command.

In view of the above,the command further wish to inform members of the public particularly good people of the state that a full scale investigations have begun into the incident with a view to unmasking and bringing to book those behind the act which is viewed unprofessional.

When he calls him  a good minister of Christ Jesus,  he is not thinking of him as a member of the clergy, like we would think of the pastor of a church standing up in front of a congregation. The word that is used here is actually the word deacon rather than minister-- a good deacon of Jesus Christ.  Even then the word is not referring to Timothy as an officer of the church; rather, it is the word that is commonly translated many places in Scripture as a  servant.  That is what a deacon is--one who serves. MEMPHIS AUTHORITIES INVESTIGATING EARLY MORNING HOMICIDE OFF STATELINE ROAD

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Authorities are investigating an early morning homicide just off of Stateline Road. Initial reports indicated the 20-year-old victim was inside a car at the Ashland Lakes Apartments around 3 a.m. when he was shot. Two individuals rushed him to the Olive Branch Methodist Hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival. The driver and passenger were detained for questioning by Olive Branch. There was pandemonium in some part of Akure, the Ondo State capital   on Monday   night following the killing of no fewer than ten people by suspected cult members . LEADERSHIP investigation revealed that no fewer than ten suspected cultists had been murdered in the last three days when rival groups engaged gunfire on themselves.
