A 45-year-old suspected ritualist who was arrested by the Police in Lagos with a human skull, has disclosed that he sold fresh human skull for N1 million. The suspect, Lucien Tusume, was arrested at Iraye village in Sagamu area of Ogun State, following intelligence report. The employee of Rosewood Funeral Home in Rongo said that she dropped out of nursing school after fears that she would not secure employment after school. The mortician began working as a morgue attendant at Star Mortuary in Kisumu two years ago, aged 24 before transferring to Rosewood in Rongo and says that she can't imagine being away from the dead. "I enjoy spending a better part of my working days with the dead. I can't imagine staying away from them even for a single working day. DETECTIVES of Delta State Police Command investigating the September 5 ambush of bank officials and policemen on the Benin-Asaba Expressway by bandits, who carted away N25 million from a bullion van, have apprehended and detained an Inspector and three other policemen, said to be on illegal escort duty. The Zamfara State Police Command on Wednesday intercepted two vehicles carrying arms in different parts of the state. The spokesman of the command, Muhammad Shehu, confirmed the development in Gusau. He told the News Agency of Nigeria that items recovered from the vehicles were three AK47 riffles, an automatic pistol, locally-made pistol, magazines and live ammunitions.
