WOMAN'S DREAM HOME TURNS SNAKES INFESTED DEN AND NIGHTMARE

A Minnesota woman saved money for years to buy her dream home to raise her children. But within minutes of closing on the house, she discovered a slithering intruder.

 Angie Whitley told WCCO that she has found approximately 95 snakes in her home over the last six months. Hundreds more have been discovered outside. Pest control experts believe that a garter snake den is located somewhere underneath Whitley's property.

After weeks of intensive manhunt, the Lagos state police command has arrested one Ismaila Adeyemi, 49, the suspected mastermind and killer of Hector Jobateh (the 2007 winner of Gulder Ultimate search) who was traced and shot dead at his residence at New Oko-Oba in Agege, Lagos State. The suspect who was arrested at gas line Ominiyi in Ijoko area of Ogun state, confessed to the crime and other numerous crimes, while other members of his gang have been arrested. A chef, Godwin Obot, 40, was arraigned in Lagos on Wednesday for allegedly defiling his neighbour’s eight-year-old daughter after luring the girl into his room with soft drink. The accused was brought before a Tinubu Chief Magistrates’ Court, charged with defilement of a minor.  Obot, however, pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of N500, 000 with two sureties in like sum. The Chief Magistrate, Mrs Kikelomo Ayeye, directed that Obot must provide two sureties, one of whom should be a community leader. Ayeye said the other surety should be a civil servant on grade level 16.  She said the accused should be remanded in prison if he failed to meet the bail conditions. The Prosecutor, Insp.
