NIGERIAN ARRESTED FOR DRUG TRAFFICKING IN THAILAND

John Brazil Ifeanyi,a Nigerian and former school teacher has been arrested by the Thai police.
Trouble brewed for John when the police acting on a tip off raided his house and found ice (drugs) worth 10 Million Baht(Street Value) on Tuesday,February 7th in Srinakarin Thailand.

Police discovered John's ice stashed in model boats and aeroplanes at his apartment in Parkland building,he said a man simply known as "Mike" offered him 100,000 baht on each delivery of the drugs and had delivered them 5 times since he stopped work at Chonburi language school 5 months back but the police believe he belongs to a large ring of Nigerian drug cartel in Sri Nakharin.
He has been charged with possession of a Class 1 drug with intent to sell and is been detained for prosecution.

CONSULTATIONS ONGOING ON WORLD'S LARGEST BLACK NATION'S UNITY

The Presidency on Tuesday said the consultations initiated by acting President Yemi Osinbajo will continue until sustainable peace is achieved. Media aide to Osinbajo made this known in a statement. Man allegedly chops off pregnant woman’s hand A man, who was engaged in a fight with his neighbour in Isaba-Ekiti, allegedly chopped off the left wrist of a pregnant woman, Aisha Adam, with a cutlass. 48 BODIES OF TERRORIST ATTACKS RECOVERED

The extent of the fatality recorded during last Tuesday's ambush of oil exploration workers in the Lake Chad Basin by the terrorist group, Boko Haram, emerged Thursday as THISDAY sources said 48 bodies of the victims of the attack were deposited at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital (UMTH) mortuary. The information came just as Acting President Yemi Osinbajo met with service chiefs Thursday in Abuja over the resurgence of terrorist attacks in the country and ordered them to relocate to Maiduguri, the epicentre of the Boko Haram terror.
