BUHARI HEAR THIS AS MAN COLLAPSES FROM HUNGER ON HIGHWAY

A good Samaritan identified as IfeanyiCy Njoku has narrated how he rescued a man who was laying unconscious in the middle of a major highway (Mcc Uratta road) in Owerri, Imo state causing serious traffic gridlock this morning.

IfeanyiCy Njoku who shared this, he initially taught the man was dead but on coming closer, he noticed that the young man was breathing and was very much alive.After helping him to his feet with the aid of a pharmacist, the man who revealed he is a laborer said he hadn’t eaten and was very hungry that he didn’t even know when he collapsed.His rescuers arranged food and water for him to refresh himself with. T wenty six year-old Alice Awuor Omito from Rongo, Migori County, Kenya, has shocked many after confessing that preparing the dead for burial is the one thing that makes her happy. The employee of Rosewood Funeral Home in Rongo said that she dropped out of nursing school after fears that she would not secure employment after school. The mortician began working as a morgue attendant at Star Mortuary in Kisumu two years ago, aged 24 before transferring to Rosewood in Rongo and says that she can't imagine being away from the dead. "I enjoy spending a better part of my working days with the dead. I can't imagine staying away from them even for a single working day. The Nigerian government has reacted to the killing of a Nigerian identified as Rasak Alao in South Africa. Recall that the Nigerian man, an auto mechanic, was on Thursday killed in South Africa after he was attacked alongside other Nigerians in Polokwane, Limpopo Province in South Africa. Reports indicated that the men were attacked following suspicions that they were into drug trafficking. Rasak Alao whose car was burnt lost his life in the attack which was carried out on him and five other Nigerians. In reaction, the Federal government issued a statement condemning the act and repeated attack on Nigerian nationals living in the country. A teenage father with a tattoo covering half his face saying DEVAST8 has cried out over his struggle to get a job. 19 year old Mark Cropp , who was recently released from prison, put a plea out on Facebook saying his facial tattoo was stopping him securing employment. He also said his tattoo which is not gang affiliated- wasn 't planned and was not supposed to be quite as big. He got it a number of months ago while in prison serving a two year and three month sentence in the Otago Correction Facility for aggravated robbery, the NZ Herald reports. GUNMEN WAYLAY BUS IN RIVERS, KIDNAP 19 OCCUPANTS

Kidnappers struck again in Rivers State on Thursday, waylaying an 18-seater bus and abducting the 19 occupants of the vehicle, including the driver. It was gathered that the incident happened on Isiokpo-Elele Road in the Ikwerre Local Government Area, about 30 kilometres from Agip Junction in Port Harcourt, where the bus branded, Rivers Mass Transit Company, took off. Sources explained that the kidnappers, who were 10 in number and heavily armed, blocked the road and forced the bus to stop as soon as it (bus) approached them. Thursday's abduction would be the third time in one month that passengers would be waylaid on the road by hoodlums. It was also learnt that the victims, who were on their way to Owerri, the Imo State capital, were marched into the bush by their captors at about 8.30am. Investigators say the Saturday morning disappearance of a 15-day-old infant from Newton County is suspicious.  Caliyah McNabb's parents called 911 when they noticed she was missing around 10 a.m. Saturday, Channel 2 Action News reported. They told officials she was fed at 5 a.m. and she was gone when they woke up. Family members gave Channel 2 a photo of the missing baby. Caliyah McNabb      Newton County sheriff's deputies and dogs searched a 2-mile radious around the Eagle Point trailer park in Covington.
