Tragedy-One Dies as Ex-footballer Narrowly Escaped Death When SUV Plunged In to a Gutter in Lagos

Former player for the Nigeria Women’s National team,Super Falcons,Chiamaka “Chi-Chi” Igbo said she narrowly escaped death when an SUV plunged into a gutter at the Lekki Phase 1 area of Lagos State.

She took to Instagram and wrote;
“It’s only God that protects,it’s unfortunate cos this could have been anyone…I just went through that road and this happened just few mins of me walking that same path. Right outside the entrance to lekki phase 1.

“Apparently the unfortunate guy was a bystander. May the soul of the departed rest in peace.This will not be your portion or that of your loved ones,in Jesus name.”Amen

A man’s body has been discovered on the former BBC studios site in Manchester city centre. The body was found this morning at the building site on Oxford Road, which is currently being transformed into student flats. A prophet of the Cherubim and Seraphim (C & S) Church in Lagos, Mr. Alimi Isaiah, 55, has been arraigned before the Iyaganku Magistrates’ Court, Ibadan for allegedly being in possession of human skull and a horn.
