Heartless Woman Pours Acid on Her Daughter-in-law Then Locks Her Inside Room for Two Weeks to Rot (Photo)

A heartless mother-in-law  identified as Margaret Masai threw acid at her son’s wife,20-year-old Reginalda from Soysambus sub-location in Ndalu Bungoma County area of Kenya and locked her in the room for 2 weeks to rot to death.

The victim was also tied to a pole inside the room for two weeks to rot so as not to escape death.edaily reveals that Soysambu sub-location administrator Geoffrey Okumu,who confirmed the incident,the victim was attacked shortly after giving birth.The suspect,however denied the allegations.

The Chief doctor at Friends Lugulu Mission Hospital,Oliver Mamadi said he received the woman last Wednesday,February 22,with both her legs and fingers in a state of decay.The acid had liquefied parts of her limbs so they were consequently amputated.

Police officers at the Kapchonge police are investigating the acid attack,with Reginalda’s husband and mother-in-law being the prime suspects.

The meeting of the Federal Executive Council that holds every Wednesday did not hold yesterday. Yesterday would have afforded President Muhammadu Buhari who returned to the country on Saturday the opportunity of presiding over the council meeting for the first time in over three months. The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, disclosed in a statement that the meeting would not hold. Late Joy Odama Autopsy has revealed that Joy Odama who was allegedly killed by an Alhaji in Abuja, died after inhaling carbon monoxide fumes. Joy Odama, a 200 level undergraduate Mass Communication student at Cross River State University, according to her mother was murdered by Usman Adamu. Former President, Mr Goodluck Jonathan has confirmed the theft of his property from his house in Abuja. He confirmed the incident in a statement by his spokesperson, Ikechukwu Eze, following some media reports that the home was stripped bare and some of the items stolen were being sold in markets.
