Chibok girls: ‘Stop wearing pampers, bury your head in shame’ – Fani-Kayode mocks Lai Mohammed

Former Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Presidential spokesman, Femi Fani-Kayode, has mocked the Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed over the issue of Chibok girls.

He mockingly told the Minister to “stop wearing pampers and bury his head in shame.”

Reports recently had it that former President, Goodluck Jonathan rejected offer from the United Kingdom government to help rescue the abducted Chibok girls.

Jonathan denied the claim, describing the report as false.

The UK government has also come out to dismiss the report, saying the former President did not reject its offer.

However, Mohammed insisted the immediate past administration did not act accordingly.
Mohammed had said, ”While former President Jonathan reserves the right to defend his administration, he should not engage in finger-pointing by saying, in a statement, that ‘some people who have obviously been playing politics with the issue of the Chibok girls will stop at nothing to further their interest.”

In his reaction, Fani-Kayode who took to his twitter handle @realFFK said Mohammed should bury his head in shame.

Fani- Kayode wrote: “Now that the British govt. has denied the allegation that@GEJonathan refused to allow them to help rescue the Chibok girls Liar Mohammed…
“…should bow his head in shame, stop barking like a rabid dog, stop pointing fingers at others and stop wearing dirty pampers. Shame on him!”

Heavily armed policemen on Tuesday in Dutse, Jigawa State capital, fired teargas canisters at a crowd that gathered at the Chief Magistrate Court Two for the arraignment of former governor Sule Lamido, who is being tried for making inciting remarks. Counsel for the Jigawa State Government, Ikenna Ekpunobi, insisted that Lamido should not be granted bail until investigation was completed. A middle aged man has been arrested in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital for being in possession of human parts. Tribune Online gathered that the suspect had been under surveillance of residents of Ita Kudimo, Abata Suban, Pakata area of Ilorin West local government in the past few days after speculation grew that he possessed a corpse in his building. It was also gathered that the neighbours of the suspect swooped on his residence at about noon on Sunday and the suspect was allegedly caught with human parts. BREAKING NEWS;GUNMEN ABDUCT SCHOOL PRINCIPALS AND STUDENT

Gunmen suspected to be militants on Thursday morning invaded Lagos State Model College, Igbo Nla, Epe, Lagos, abducting the principals and some students. The kidnappers were said to have stormed the school in the early hours when the students were at the morning assembly. The gunmen abducted the principal of the junior secondary school, Mr. Oyesola and Mr. Akirinmade who is the Principal of the senior secondary school. They also abducted some of the students. Sule Lamido, the former governor of Jigawa state, has attributed his arrest and perceived persecution to his desire to run for president in 2019. This was disclosed by his chief press secretary, Umar Kyari, in a chat with The Vanguard on Monday.
