GOVERNOR NEARLY LYNCHED AS HE ENDANGERED SELF TO SAVE COLLEAGUES AIDE(SEE PHOTOS)

THE LATE BELOVED SENATOR ISIAKA ADELEKE

Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun, rescued an aide to Osun State Governor, Ms Idiat Babalola, from mob attack at the premises of the late Senator Isiaka Adeleke, on Monday.

 According to the Senior Special Assistant (Media) to Amosun, Mr. Adejuwon Soyinka, the crowd of sympathisers demanded that Babalola be made to leave the premises of the Ede,Osun State country home of the Adelekes.

 The irate youths said Babalola was being touted to become the running mate of the anointed candidate of the APC.

 Problem started when Babalola was sighted by the mourners who demanded that she should be sent out.

 Despite pleas from family members of the deceased , the youths insisted and started shouting and raining curses on her.

Officials have identified the three men killed after a UPS driver opened fire during a meeting at company warehouse in San Francisco. San Francisco's chief medical examiner identified the victims as 50-year-old Benson Louie and 56-year-old Wayne Chan, both of San Francisco; and 46-year-old Michael Lefiti, of Hercules. T wenty six year-old Alice Awuor Omito from Rongo, Migori County, Kenya, has shocked many after confessing that preparing the dead for burial is the one thing that makes her happy. The employee of Rosewood Funeral Home in Rongo said that she dropped out of nursing school after fears that she would not secure employment after school. Two armed robbers were reportedly shot dead in a gun battle with the Kano State Police command and gang of robbers who shot a Police Patrol vehicle along Kano/Zaria road at a point close to Garun Mallam Village arrested.
