DAVIDO SAYS OSUN STATE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME,REMOVES OSUN FROM TOUR LIST

David Adeleke, otherwise known as Davido, has removed Osogbo, Osun state from his 8-city Back To Basics 2017 Tour.According to him, Osun state will never be the same after his late uncle’s death. 
Senator Isiaka Adeleke, the first executive governor of Osun state, reportedly died on Sunday as a result of an overdose of pain killers.

 The ‘IF’ hit singer about a week announced via social media of his nationwide tour that was to cover 8 cities namely Lagos, Ibadan, Osogbo, Benin, Abuja, Enugu, Port Harcourt and Ilorin.

 However, it seems events surrounding his late uncle’s death seems to have affected the decision.

 Recall that Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun, on Monday, prevented a crowd of sympathisers at the Ede, Osun State, country home of late Senator Adeleke, from lynching Ms Idiat Babalola,Governor Aregbesola’s aide.

 Davido wrote on his snapchat page @DAVIDO: “Osun will never be the same again. Smh”

 “Cancelling Osun from my tour, I can’t do it.”

48 BODIES OF TERRORIST ATTACKS RECOVERED

The extent of the fatality recorded during last Tuesday's ambush of oil exploration workers in the Lake Chad Basin by the terrorist group, Boko Haram, emerged Thursday as THISDAY sources said 48 bodies of the victims of the attack were deposited at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital (UMTH) mortuary. Six dead, tens injured in DEADLY highway crash  has claimed six -The accident involved a saloon car and a bus -Five of the deceased were from the saloon car Six people lost their lives early on Sunday morning after deadly accident involving a saloon car and a bus along the Londiani-Muhoroni-Kisumu Highway . A sexual predator who followed a teenage girl then sexually assaulted her has been jailed. Umar Iqbal, 25, approached the 16-year-old in Rochdale at around 3.30pm on Thursday, March 5, this year. Manchester’s Minshull Street Crown Court heard how Iqbal first walked after her along Yorkshire Street in the town centre. He then attempted to talk to her, but she felt uneasy and walked away. Iqbal told her he liked her and asked if she had a boyfriend. He took hold of her hand, pulled her towards a garage area and attempted to kiss her. The victim said no and pulled away, but Iqbal sexually assaulted her. She reported it to the police the next day and officers traced Iqbal.
