LATE SENATOR ISIAKA ADELEKE'S DOCTOR ARRESTED

The medical technician who treated Senator Isiaka Adeleke, when he complained of leg pain on Sunday morning, has been arrested by the police for interrogation.

 One of the late Senator’s aides that confirmed the arrest to journalists on Monday gave the doctor’s name as Ade.

 The aide said the doctor was arrested following report that Adeleke had died as a result of an overdose of medications he administered on him.

 It was learned that preliminary results from pathologists showed that the intravenous medication, fluid laced with a huge quantity of painkillers given by the doctor to the senator conspired to block his heart, leading to a heart attack that killed him.

 Youths in Adeleke’s hometown of Ede in Osun state have been rioting, alleging that the senator was poisoned to prevent him from running for governor in 2018.

 Many still maintain that he was hale and hearty on Saturday during a day-long political rally and meetings he attended.

 Senator Adeleke was said to have received guests until around 2:00am on Sunday before he slept.

A man has been arrested by the Egyptian police after he allegedly admitted to beating his 85-year-old mother to death because his wife complained about her. 2 BRAZILIANS NABBED WITH 23KG OF COCAINE AT THE LAGOS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

        Officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Lagos have arrested two Brazilians who together attempted to smuggle over 23kg of cocaine into the country.         Dias Dos Santos Marcia Cristina, 36, was found with 9.4kg of cocaine in her bag and Lima Pereira Erick Diego, 20, had 14.465kg of cocaine in his bag. The duo, who traveled from São Paulo, claimed to be tourists.        Mitchell Ofoyeju, spokesperson for NDLEA, said in a statement that the drugs were carefully hidden in food cans inside their luggage.   A Good Minister   A daily devotion for November 12th   From your friends at  RayStedman.org     Read: 1 Timothy 4:6-10       If you point these things out to the brothers, you will be a good minister of Christ Jesus, brought up in the truths of the faith and of the good teaching that you have followed (1 Timothy 4:6).       It is necessary that we clearly understand the phrase Paul uses about Timothy. When he calls him  a good minister of Christ Jesus,  he is not thinking of him as a member of the clergy, like we would think of the pastor of a church standing up in front of a congregation. The word that is used here is actually the word deacon rather than minister-- a good deacon of Jesus Christ.  Even then the word is not referring to Timothy as an officer of the church; rather, it is the word that is commonly translated many places in Scripture as a  servant.  That is what a deacon is--one who serves. A 45-year-old suspected ritualist who was arrested by the Police in Lagos with a human skull, has disclosed that he sold fresh human skull for N1 million. The suspect, Lucien Tusume, was arrested at Iraye village in Sagamu area of Ogun State, following intelligence report. Explaining the circumstance that led to the arrest of the suspected ritualist, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Olarinde Famous-Cole, said some policemen, who disguised as buyers, contacted the suspect for a human skull.
