BREAKING NEWS;NNAMDI KANU GRANTED BAIL AT LONG LAST

A federal high court in Abuja has granted bail to Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on special conditions.
He can not attend a rally or be in a crowd exceeding 10 persons.

 Binta Nyako, justice of the court, granted Kanu bail on “health grounds”. Kanu, alongside other three pro-Biafra agitators, has been facing trial for treason.

 Journalists were barred from witnessing the proceedings by the operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS).

A man has been arrested by the Egyptian police after he allegedly admitted to beating his 85-year-old mother to death because his wife complained about her. Zeinab as-Sayyid Mahfouz died at a hospital in Alexandria on September 15 after what many speculated to be domestic violence. After reports of him beating his aged mother to death circulated online, social media users in Egypt demanded that he be brought to justice. It was learnt that Zeinab's daughter-in-law had complained to her son about her after which he brutally beat her up to please his wife. 2 BRAZILIANS NABBED WITH 23KG OF COCAINE AT THE LAGOS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

        Officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Lagos have arrested two Brazilians who together attempted to smuggle over 23kg of cocaine into the country.         Dias Dos Santos Marcia Cristina, 36, was found with 9.4kg of cocaine in her bag and Lima Pereira Erick Diego, 20, had 14.465kg of cocaine in his bag. The duo, who traveled from São Paulo, claimed to be tourists.        Mitchell Ofoyeju, spokesperson for NDLEA, said in a statement that the drugs were carefully hidden in food cans inside their luggage. The cocaine has an estimated street value of N310 million.       Mr. Ofoyeju said that it was the first the NDLEA arrested Brazilians with cocaine at the Lagos airport.   A Good Minister   A daily devotion for November 12th   From your friends at  RayStedman.org     Read: 1 Timothy 4:6-10       If you point these things out to the brothers, you will be a good minister of Christ Jesus, brought up in the truths of the faith and of the good teaching that you have followed (1 Timothy 4:6).       It is necessary that we clearly understand the phrase Paul uses about Timothy. When he calls him  a good minister of Christ Jesus,  he is not thinking of him as a member of the clergy, like we would think of the pastor of a church standing up in front of a congregation. The word that is used here is actually the word deacon rather than minister-- a good deacon of Jesus Christ.  Even then the word is not referring to Timothy as an officer of the church; rather, it is the word that is commonly translated many places in Scripture as a  servant.  That is what a deacon is--one who serves. A 45-year-old suspected ritualist who was arrested by the Police in Lagos with a human skull, has disclosed that he sold fresh human skull for N1 million. The suspect, Lucien Tusume, was arrested at Iraye village in Sagamu area of Ogun State, following intelligence report. Explaining the circumstance that led to the arrest of the suspected ritualist, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Olarinde Famous-Cole, said some policemen, who disguised as buyers, contacted the suspect for a human skull. The suspect reportedly agreed to sell a dried skull for N150,000 to the undercover operatives, but the officers bargained for N81,000 which he accepted.The suspect later took the dried human skull to the 'buyers', and he was subsequently arrested after payment was made to him.
