The famous and iconic three wise men always spotted at the entrance of the commercial city of Lagos, were on Saturday seen around Oshodi, Ikeja and other environs in Lagos this morning.
It was gathered that they were creating awareness for the Lagos at 50 celebrations.

A teenage father with a tattoo covering half his face saying DEVAST8 has cried out over his struggle to get a job. 19 year old Mark Cropp , who was recently released from prison, put a plea out on Facebook saying his facial tattoo was stopping him securing employment. He also said his tattoo which is not gang affiliated- wasn 't planned and was not supposed to be quite as big. He got it a number of months ago while in prison serving a two year and three month sentence in the Otago Correction Facility for aggravated robbery, the NZ Herald reports. Cropp said he was going through a ' rough patch' with people trying to bully him at the time and believed people were more cautious around those with tattoos in prison. THE UK GOVT GIVES NIGERIA ADVICE ON TERROR GROUP BOKO HARAM

The government of the United Kingdom has said it stands with Nigeria in the fight against Boko Haram insurgents. UK's Minister for the Armed Forces, Mark Lancaster, gave the assurance after touring different parts of the country, including Makurdi, Maiduguri, Kaduna and Abuja to get a first hand assessment of the support UK troops were providing for Nigerian soldiers. FEMALE MORTICIAN THAT CAN'T STAY AWAY FROM THE DEAD

T wenty six year-old Alice Awuor Omito from Rongo, Migori County, Kenya, has shocked many after confessing that preparing the dead for burial is the one thing that makes her happy. The employee of Rosewood Funeral Home in Rongo said that she dropped out of nursing school after fears that she would not secure employment after school. The mortician began working as a morgue attendant at Star Mortuary in Kisumu two years ago, aged 24 before transferring to Rosewood in Rongo and says that she can't imagine being away from the dead. "I enjoy spending a better part of my working days with the dead. I can't imagine staying away from them even for a single working day. I have to go and look at the bodies stored in freezers daily," she said. "I discontinued my studies in nursing and pursued mortuary science because of available job opportunities in the latter field. The Nigerian government has reacted to the killing of a Nigerian identified as Rasak Alao in South Africa. Recall that the Nigerian man, an auto mechanic, was on Thursday killed in South Africa after he was attacked alongside other Nigerians in Polokwane, Limpopo Province in South Africa. Reports indicated that the men were attacked following suspicions that they were into drug trafficking. Rasak Alao whose car was burnt lost his life in the attack which was carried out on him and five other Nigerians. In reaction, the Federal government issued a statement condemning the act and repeated attack on Nigerian nationals living in the country.
