MURDER;BADOO GANG KILLS PREGNANT LADY,HER HUBBY AND KIDS

Remember sometime back,we reported a case of a family wiped out by the dreaded BADOO gang in ikorodu area of Lagos state,the notorious gang has again wiped out another family of five in Ikorodu, including a pregnant woman. The gang has been terrorising residents of Ikorodu and environs with many people killed.

It was gathered that on Sunday night, 28th of May, 2017, the dreaded group stormed the house of Mr. Olusanya Olukoya and wiped out the family of 5 in cold blood, the husband, three children and the pregnant wife whose womb was said to have been cut open and the foetus removed.

The ugly incident occurred at Itamaga behind Radio, from the report gathered so far. The dreaded group was able to gain entrance into the apartment through the only window that was not fortified with burglary.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission said it had so far, through painstaking investigations by its operatives, traced N47.2bn and $487.5m in cash and properties to a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke. These, the anti-graft agency said, were apart from "boxes of gold, silver and diamond jewellery, worth several million British pounds sterling," discovered during a search of Diezani's palatial residences in Abuja. The EFCC said it discovered several of Diezani's landed properties scattered all over Lagos and other parts of the country in the course of its investigations, adding that it was doubtful if the former minister declared her true assets as required of public officials. POLICE ARREST 8 PERSONS OVER MUSHIN GANG CLASH IN LAGOS

Eight persons alleged to be involved in a gang clash that led to the destruction of property in Idi-Oro, Mushin – Lagos have been arrested,the Lagos Police Command says. The command Spokesman, ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole, confirmed the arrest to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Monday. Famous-Cole said that the Commissioner of Police, Mr Fatai Owoseni, had also deployed more police personnel to ensure peace in the area. He said the suspects, who were arrested in Idi Oro had machetes and axes in their possession “Normalcy has returned to the area and there is heavy police presence there. “The public should go about their business. There is a free- flow of traffic in the area now,” Famous-Cole said. The police had to deploy men of the Rapid Response Squad to bring the situation under control.
