Terrifying dashcam footage captured the incident on a freeway in Los Angeles

This horrific footage captures an apparent road rage row sparking a serious crash on a motorway.

A motorcyclist and a driver appeared to be engaged in a confrontation as they sped down a freeway in Los Angeles.
In the dashcam video posted online, the motorcyclist kicks out at the car.

The driver then appears to lurch to the left in retaliation, but then crashes into the central reservation.

The person recording the video gasps in shock as the car then careers back across three lanes of the freeway and hits another oncoming truck.

The truck driver had no chance of getting out the way and ends up flipping over.

California's Highway Patrol in investigating the crash and officers want to speak to the motorcyclist who didn't stop at the scene.

They asked for witnesses to come forward.

Shooter Kevin Neal threatened out loud that he was going to kill Danny Elliott and then go to the elementary school to kill Elliott's 7-year-old son, said Johnny Phommathep, a neighbor who lived about 200 feet away from Neal. He'd scream to him, "I'ma kill you, boy. I'ma learn you. Once I kill you, I'ma go kill your son at school," Phommathep told the Record Searchlight of Redding . NORTH KOREAN IMAGES SUGGEST MISSILE/S MAY BE CAPABLE OF HITTING ANYWHERE IN AMERICA - U.S EXPERTS SAY

By

North Korea said the new missile reached an altitude of about 4,475 km (2,780 miles) - more than 10 times the height of the International Space Station - and flew 950 km (590 miles) during its 53-minute flight. Images released by North Korea on Thursday appeared to show it has succeeded in developing a missile capable of delivering a nuclear weapon anywhere in the United States and it could be only two or three tests away from being declared combat ready, U.S.-based experts said on Thursday. North Korea released dozens of photos and a video after Wednesday's launch of the new Hwasong-15 missile, and leader Kim Jong Un declared the country had "finally realized the great historic cause of completing the state nuclear force". U.S.-based experts, some of whom have been sceptical about past North Korean claims to have put all of the United States in range, said data from the latest test and the photos appeared to confirm North Korea has a missile of suffici...

© Charles Manson sits in the courtroom during his murder trial in Los Angeles in 1970. Mass murderer Charles Manson remained alive Friday, authorities said, but details of the illness that brought him to a Bakersfield hospital remains unclear. Vicky Waters, a spokeswoman with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, said that Manson was still living and that the department could not provide any further details. Kern County Sheriff's Lt. Bill Smallwood told The Times earlier this week that Manson was at a local hospital. In January, Manson, 83, was rushed to Mercy Hospital in Bakersfield for what authorities at the time would describe only as a serious medical problem. He was returned to prison a few days later. Though officials cannot comment on where specifically Manson is being treated or why, California Department of Corrections regulations provide a glimpse of how tightly coordinated the process must be. "They remain under CDCR c...

The drug convictions of 15 men in Chicago have been thrown out after they claimed they were framed years earlier by a police sergeant, who went to prison for a related crime, and his team of officers. The dismissal of charges against the men, who together had 18 convictions, is believed to the first-ever mass exoneration in Cook County, the nation's second most populous county.   "In these cases, we concluded, unfortunately, the police were not being truthful, and we couldn't have confidence in the integrity of their reports and their testimony, and so, in good conscience, we could not see these convictions stand," Mark Rotert of the Cook County Conviction Integrity Unit said in a news conference. Seven other officers have been placed on desk duty pending an internal review of more incidents, the Chicago Police Department told CNN. Those officers all worked under Watts, CNN affiliate WBBM reported. Rotert, of the state's attorney's office,...
