MAN FOUND SEVERELY STABBED TO DEATH,POLICE INVESTIGATING MURDER

Part of Keney Park in Hartford is taped off and closed as police investigate the death of a man in his 20s who was found with several stab wounds Wednesday morning.

Two park workers found the man's body around 10 a.m. near a bridge in a marshy area of the park, police said.
The victim had been stabbed in the face and neck several times, according to police, and they believe the homicide happened overnight.

"He's suffering from several puncture wounds to the face, neck and possibly more," Deputy Police Chief Brian Foley.
Police said a man was stabbed several times in Keney Park.

Around half a dozen police cars responded to the scene, which is near the pond house, and they are hoping surveillance cameras will have caught something.

This has been the 19th homicide of the year in Hartford.

          A 53-year-old Nigerian man who works at the United Nations was arrested in connection with a string of bank robberies in Manhattan, over the past month and a half, law enforcement sources tell News 4 New York. The NYPD’s Major Case Squad arrested Abdullahi Shuaibu, of Queens, on Monday, April 17th, at his office at the Foreign Press Centers across from the United Nations building. Police believe he robbed banks while on work breaks.          Law enforcement sources say Shuaibu robbed a HSBC bank at 40th Street and Third Avenue on Monday and then returned to work shortly before he was arrested.They say he’s wanted in at least three other bank robberies.          Shuaibu is listed as a communication specialist at the U.N. Ford is taking legal actions by suing the "American Grit" star for violating their contract by selling his new $500k 2017 Ford GT. According to the lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court in Michigan, Cena was "selected from thousands of applicants for the opportunity to purchase the Ford GT," TMZ reported. CONOR McGREGOR A judge in Ireland ripped into Conor McGregor on Thursday for his "disrespect to the court" after the famous fighter showed up tardy to pay a speeding ticket. McGregor had previously failed to show up twice for his court appearance over the ticket, and it was looking like he was going to make it a third time before he finally showed. In the time that she was waiting for him, judge Miriam Walsh of the Blanchardstown District Court vented about the disrespect the fighter was showing.
