10 THINGS THAT RAILA ODINGA NOTED AFTER HIS BIG WIN AT THE SUPREME COURT

NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga has outline several things he says must be implemented ahead of a repeat of the presidential poll.
Raila in a press statement hours after the Supreme Court verdict on Friday September 1 also talked of two judges who dissented during the ruling which saw the win of President Uhuru Kenyatta overturned.
Below are the 10 major points in his speech.
1.He thanked the Supreme Court for standing by the law and for annulling Uhuru's win
2. He thanked the two judges who dissented; Njoki Ndungu and JB Ojwang for standing for what they believed in
3. Raila also paid tribute to his legal team led by Siaya Senator James Orengo and Otiende Omollo.
6. He urged that the role of international observers be scrutinized claiming they "moved so fast to sanitize fraud".
7. The NASA leader also lambasted International observers who were NASA partners saying they let the Opposition down and "settled for the Status Quo".
8. He also said there are more fundamental decisions to be made like who runs the next elections adding that there is an urgent need to discuss how the next elections will be conducted.
9. Raila said IEBC commissioners and some staff including the CEO must face criminal prosecution.
10. He also demanded that IEBC must open its servers for scrutiny.
