A massive python snake was killed yesterday, 5th of June, 2017 at an undisclosed location in Nigeria. Someone living in the compound snapped some photos of the lengthy reptile and shared on a very popular Nigerian online forum. Meanwhile, the odd length of the dangerous animal that could have caused massive damage is currently unknown. "Yesterday as I was coming back from church service, my neighbour told me that they killed a big snake in our compound this morning. That they want to sell it. I rushed out immediately and saw the snake and also took some photos of it." he claimed.

Officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) Lagos have intercepted a 54- year- old single mother of four children. She was going on pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia with substances that tested positive for cocaine. The suspect who hails from Kwara State was apprehended during the outward screening of passengers on a Qatar Airline flight to Saudi Arabia after testing positive to drug ingestion. A mother, Mrs Philomena Odama, is demanding justice for her first daughter, Joy Odama, who was allegedly murdered by one Alhaji Usman Adamu in Abuja . At least 36 bodies have been found at the Resorts World Manila entertainment complex that was stormed by a gunman, in what officials believe was a botched robbery. Most of the dead suffocated in the chaos as guests and staff tried to flee choking smoke at the complex after the attack began shortly after midnight. Police office chief Oscar Albayalde said they were in the casino's main gaming area. "What caused their deaths is the thick smoke," he said. "The room was carpeted and of course the tables, highly combustible." A resort official said the dead included 13 employees and 22 guests. The Inspector-General of Police (IGP's) Intelligence Response Team (IRT) announced the arrest of five suspected armed robbers who planned to attack some banks in Lagos. The IRT Commander, ACP Abba Kyari, disclosed this on Friday in Lagos. In his narrative while handing over the Range Rovers, the Controller Tincan Island Port, Comptroller Bashar Yusuf disclosed that the interception was sequel to intelligence report from Interpol. A  mild drama played out at the Plateau State orientation camp of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in the Mangu area of the state as two newly sworn-in corps members were reportedly caught having sex inside a gutter. The randy corps members are among the many young graduates that were recently sworn in for the Batch A Stream 1 for the compulsory one year national service. The police in Ghana have arrested about four people who allegedly murdered and lynched a soldier in Ghana after mistaking him for an armed robber.   Four out of the five prime suspects have been arrested in connection with the lynching of a Captain of the Ghana Army have been sent to the Central Regional Police Headquarters in Cape Coast.
