Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, has been charged with misconduct by the English Football Association, following his scuffle with fourth official, Anthony Taylor, during the Gunners’ 2-1 win over Burnley on Sunday.
Wenger was sent off by referee Jon Moss, after his protests following a penalty awarded to the visitors, in the third minute of stoppage time.
“Arsene Wenger has been charged for misconduct following Arsenal’s game against Burnley on Sunday [22 January 2017],” an FA statement read.
“It is alleged that in or around the 92nd minute, he used abusive and/or insulting words towards the fourth official.
“It is further alleged that following his dismissal from the technical area, his behaviour in remaining in the tunnel area and making physical contact with the fourth official amounted to improper conduct.

There was pandemonium in some part of Akure, the Ondo State capital   on Monday   night following the killing of no fewer than ten people by suspected cult members . LEADERSHIP investigation revealed that no fewer than ten suspected cultists had been murdered in the last three days when rival groups engaged gunfire on themselves. Two persons have been confirmed dead with three others seriously injured following an ambush by suspected Boko Haram terrorists along Damaturu, Biu road Sunday afternoon. A military source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, disclosed that the insurgents had buried IEDs along the highway. It was gathered that the travelers, who took off from Damaturu on their way to Biu, were ambushed some 60 kilometres to their destination. According to the source, the militants opened fire indiscriminately on the travelers and that in an attempt to escape, the IEDs went off killing two persons on the spot.
