Edward Onoja; Senators Alex Kadiri And Yahaya Ugbane Are Not Your Mate – Okai

There’s no Governorin the history of Nigeria that received criticism within one year in office like Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State and his second in command, Mr Edward Onoja, a failed banker.
This was due to the below par performance and mass looting of our commonwealth by the directionless government of Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State and his failed team.
It could be recalled that recently the All Progressive Congress, APC, stakeholders across the three senatorial districts with 30 out of the party executives and 15 out of 21 Local Government party chairmen, including the Local Government were Yahaya Bello allegedly comes from held a press conference where they highlighted the massive failure recorded by Governor Yahaya Bello’s led new directionless administration within one year.
Also in attendance were former and serving senators across the three components of the state.
Those in attendance included; former Senators Alex Kadiri and Nicholas Ugbane, who at various time served as elected representatives of their people.
In his effortless reaction, as usual, Edward Onoja the self appointed government megaphone chooses to vainly attack the two sons of Igala kingdom who were legitimately elected by their people, unlike Bello who is currently seating in government house under dubious and judicial rascality.
Onoja accused the two gentleman of failure, one wondered if Mr Onoja is in his right senses, because even in Onoja’s immediate constituency, where they rejected him on his bid to represent them at the state Assembly in 2011, it is glaring that there’s a project which was executed by Senator Nicholas Ugbane.
Mr Edward Onoja, I wiii like to bring to your notice that the electricity project in Abadigba in Anyigba was attracted by Senator Ugbane, the solar street lights in Ogugu market in your place was also attracted by the same Senator. Ajiolo and Abocho town solar electricity was attracted by Ugbane.
The Ejule solar project was also influenced by the said Senator. The Power reform of 2005 was well funded and initiated by Senator Ugbane. He ensured Ignatius Amodu was appointed into the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission despite stiff opposition from the good people of Kogi West.
Unlike Mr Onoja, Ugbane served meritoriously and was never dismissed from the banking industry, he resigned from the Republic Bank Limited and Lobi Bank and later joined Politics in 1993 with unblemished records and without been indicted.
Senator Alex Kadiri’s influence as Federal super permanent secretary in the ministry of water resources earned him the respect of his people.
Senator Alex Kadiri as a politician and chairman senate committee on education, sponsored a motion on decentralization of WAEC/NECO which today , made the examination body has it offices all over the federation.
As a politician, Dr Alex Kadiri brought the defunct CNC party to kogi state and contested under its platform where he won 8 out of 9 Local Government areas in the Eastern senatorial district leaving only Ofu to late Prince Abubakar Audu.
Mr Onoja, the democracy you and your clueless governor are misusing was brought about by G34 which Dr Alex Kadiri was a foundation member.
As the then Chairman of Senate Committee on Power, Senator Yahaya Ugbane successfully sponsored and processed the Bill on HYPPADEC (Hydro Electric Power Producing Areas Development Commission) which Kogi State was/is a beneficiary.
Senator Ugbane was the foundation commissioner that established Kogi State University which Governor Yahaya Bello is trying desperately to kill now.
Some of us that know your antecedents are not surprised. I challenge you to mention any of your contributions to the development of your mother’s land even as a Banker before !
You talked about some of your surrogates sinking boreholes while the abject hunger your directionless administration is inflicting on our people would not go on punished
Finally let me assure you that no amount of blackmail would deter the good people of Kogi state from removing you with their PVC come 2019!
These gentlemen you attacked reached the peak of their careers; Senator Ugbane resigned from the Republic Bank as the MD to become a commissioner.
Senator Alex Kadir retired as a Permanent Secretary/Director General equivalent to a minister in the ministry of water resources were he influenced Abocho and Odu water projects.
Edward Onoja accused Senator Ugbane of NIPP scam, this was the case terminated (quashed) by the Federal High Court on 11 January 2017 Federal High Court Abuja by learned Justice Dr. M. N. Oniyangi (MNIM).
Let me remind Mr Edward Onoja quickly that on 28 July 2016, the story boldly captured “How Kogi State Governor’s Chief of Staff, Edward Onoja Defrauded His Victims” is yet to be addressed by you.
Mr Edward Onoja be informed that Senator Alex Usman Kadir and Senator Nicholas Yahaya Ugbane ceremoniously retired at the peak of their careers as none of them was dismissed from service. Senator Alex Kadiri and Senator Ugbane remain factors to be reckon with in Igala kingdom politics and Kogi state at large. Can you tell us any laudable initiative for all of us to emulate? Can you and your Bello tell us any little things that bring massive change in the quality of lives of our rural folks ? Over 220 Billion Naira wasted within a year, don’t talk to our elders carelessly, Senator Kadir was among the elders that fought for the creation of the Kogi state. None of them is your contemporary.
