DSS PICKUP FORMER GOVERNOR ON ARRIVAL IN NIGERIA

Former Delta state governor James Onanefe Ibori who arrived Nigeria in the early hours of today,4th of February 2016 was picked up on arrival by the department of state security DSS.

He was driven to the DSS office for a meeting with the DSS top brass,according to a source,the pickup was not an arrest of any sort but a scheduled meeting  with the former governor on crucial issues with need for clarity.

Remember Ibori who was arrested,tried and sentenced to 13 years imprisonment for money laundering and other currupt practices which he served and gained freedom a short while ago.

Ms Hansen's family said they were shocked and devastated by her death. A 20-year-old man has been charged following a fatal hit and run that killed a Melbourne nurse, Victorian police have confirmed. The 20-year-old was arrested at an address in Fulton Road in Blackburn South on Thursday evening. TERRORIST ATTACK;2 KILLED AS FIVE TERRORISTS SURRENDER

Two persons have been confirmed dead with three others seriously injured following an ambush by suspected Boko Haram terrorists along Damaturu, Biu road Sunday afternoon. A military source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, disclosed that the insurgents had buried IEDs along the highway. It was gathered that the travelers, who took off from Damaturu on their way to Biu, were ambushed some 60 kilometres to their destination. According to the source, the militants opened fire indiscriminately on the travelers and that in an attempt to escape, the IEDs went off killing two persons on the spot. Another report said three people injured from the attack were rushed to the Damaturu specialists' hospital by security forces on patrol along the road.
