This came six days to his appearance before an Ikeja Magistrate's Court over a case of theft he committed in Computer Village on November 22, 2016, when he reportedly
stole nine iPhones.
The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer SP Dolapo Badmos, confirmed the fraud to our correspondent in a text message.
She said, "Yes, the command is investigating him. He is under interrogation at Area H now."

A militia fighting the group said nine Boko Haram fighters allegedly entered Kijimatari, a village in north-east Borno state, at around 2 am (0100 GMT), breaking into the homes of six men including the village chief before slitting their throats. "The attackers evaded a nearby military checkpoint by entering the village through bush paths," said Ibrahim Liman, the head of a local anti-jihadist militia force.
