CALIFORNIA DAD OF MISSING 5 YEAR OLD RELEASED FROM JAIL

LOS ANGELES –  A missing 5-year-old boy's father has been released from jail in an unexpected twist that only deepens the mystery behind the boy's disappearance.

 Investigators on Tuesday decided against presenting the case to prosecutors and moving forward with charges against Aramazd Andressian Sr., who was found unconscious Saturday at a South Pasadena park.

 His son, Armazd Andressian Jr., was nowhere to be found and remains missing four days later.

 Andressian Sr. was arrested later Saturday on suspicion of child endangerment and abduction and was being held on $10 million bail before his release Tuesday.

 Authorities would say only that the investigation was continuing, and would not say whether the father remains a suspect.

 On Tuesday authorities searched Cachuma Lake in Santa Barbara County, but now don't believe the boy was there.

A severely anorexic 15-year-old girl stepped in front of a train five days after being released from a psychiatric hospital, an inquest heard. Pippa ‘Pip’ McManus died at Gatley railway station after a family argument about her excessive gym use which ended with her running from her home shouting ‘I am going to kill myself now’. South Manchester assistant coroner Andrew Bridgman told jury members they would have to consider the risks to Pip of her release from the Priory Hospital, in Altrincham, and if that release had been properly managed. ​The Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has today revealed the location of the ark of Noah which every archeologist has been looking for over the years. GAY MARRIAGE;53 ATTENDEES OF A GAY MARRIAGE IN KADUNA ARRESTED

Police, yesterday, arraigned 53 persons, who were allegedly arrested during a gay marriage, before a magistrate’s court in Chediya-Zaria, Kaduna State. The prosecutor, Mannir Nasir, said the accused were arrested on April 15 at a motel and were being charged for conspiracy, unlawful assembly and belonging to a gang of unlawful society. He said the offences contravened Sections 97, 100 and 197(a) of Criminal Procedure Code, CPC. According to Nasir, “on April 15, at about 9p.m., a team of policemen, led by DSP Muhammad Lawal-Mashi, arrested and brought to the police station 53 persons.” The accused persons, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges, and their counsel, Yunusa Umar, asked the court to release them on bail in line with sections 35 (4) and 36 (5) of the Constitution.
