A woman in retaliation has destroyed the wind-screen of her husband after he beat her so hard blood came our of her eyes.
This was first shared by Due Process advocate and Lawyer,Emeka Ugwuonye. Below is what he wrote:
Apparently, there was an argument.The man wanted to assert his authority. He beat his wife so hard that blood came out of her eyes.The woman was so upset,she ran downstairs and used a stick to smash the windscreen of the man’s car.The pictures confirm this.
The woman admitted to me that she wondered if she should stab him with a knife in self defense.That is another aspect of domestic violence,which we haven’t discussed much – domestic violence can also lead to the death of the man. The fight against domestic violence is also in the interest of the man.
We have reported this matter to the police. I will not insist that the man be arrested because of the peculiar facts of this case. We are urging the police to investigate the case and get both parties to commit to the maintenance of peace.
Again, I commend Advocate Adebanjo for being a great representative of this group.

A severely anorexic 15-year-old girl stepped in front of a train five days after being released from a psychiatric hospital, an inquest heard. ​The Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has today revealed the location of the ark of Noah which every archeologist has been looking for over the years. GAY MARRIAGE;53 ATTENDEES OF A GAY MARRIAGE IN KADUNA ARRESTED

Police, yesterday, arraigned 53 persons, who were allegedly arrested during a gay marriage, before a magistrate’s court in Chediya-Zaria, Kaduna State. The prosecutor, Mannir Nasir, said the accused were arrested on April 15 at a motel and were being charged for conspiracy, unlawful assembly and belonging to a gang of unlawful society. He said the offences contravened Sections 97, 100 and 197(a) of Criminal Procedure Code, CPC. According to Nasir, “on April 15, at about 9p.m., a team of policemen, led by DSP Muhammad Lawal-Mashi, arrested and brought to the police station 53 persons.” The accused persons, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges, and their counsel, Yunusa Umar, asked the court to release them on bail in line with sections 35 (4) and 36 (5) of the Constitution.
