JEALOUSY;MAN DIES AS WIFE BATHS HIM WITH BOILED WATER

A middle-aged man identified only as Hammed has reportedly died after his wife bathed him with hot water for daring to marry a second wife.
According to a Facebook user, Umar Adamu, Hammed, an indigene of Kaduna State died few days from injuries he suffered from the attack on him by his first wife who had earlier warned him from getting a second wife.

 It was gathered that when Hammed informed his wife that he wanted to get a new wife, the jealous woman warned him against getting her a rival and was reported to have told him that she would do something he will regret if he went ahead to get a second wife.

 But not believing that his wife could go to the extent of harming him, Hammed was said to have called her bluff and went ahead to marry the woman.
The jealous first wife was said to have allowed her husband to go to bed and while he was asleep, she boiled the water, took it to his room and poured it on him.

 Hammed screams drew the attention of neighbours who rushed her to a hospital where he later gave up the ghost a few days later due to the severity of the burns.
The suspect was said to have fled after committing the act but was later traced and arrested and is now in police custody.

Embattled Nigerian artiste, Dammy krane, appeared in court today for his bail hearing in the 9-count fraud charges leveled against him in the U.S. He was in court with Chukwuebuka, his accomplice. The federal government has approved the closure of five foreign missions and embassies, minister of foreign affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama said. Onyeama told newsmen in Abuja on Thursday, May 25, 2017. The minister, who did not mention the embassies or missions, said the process for closure was underway and was also subject to the approval of the president.
