WATCH AS TRUMP'S WIFE MELANIA SWATS AWAY HIS HAND AS HE TRIES HOLDING HER IN ISRAEL

By
Melania Trump appeared to want nothing to do with President Donald Trump’s hand on Monday.

After FLOTUS and POTUS arrived at Ben Gurion International Airport in Lod, near Tel Aviv, Israel, for Day 3 of the administration’s first international trip, Trump reached one hand backwards toward his wife ― but she quickly rebuffed the gesture with a flick of her wrist. At the time, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu was holding hands with wife, Sara, beside the Trumps.

A Twitter user captured the swat heard ‘round the world:
Naturally, Twitter was in an uproar about it:
Some have argued that the swat (or slap, as others are calling it) wasn’t a swat at all, but merely a withdrawal.
But we’ll let you decide what the moment really meant.

By

Japanese workers famously put in long hours, leading, in extreme cases, to karoshi, or death from overwork. Japanese media outfit, NHK, has apologized to the parents of deceased Japanese reporter, Miwa Sado, who died of heart failure after reportedly working for 159 hours of overtime in a month. Sado, who had been covering political news in Tokyo was found dead in her bed in July 2013, reportedly clutching her mobile phone. "The chairman met the parents at their home in the morning and apologised," an NHK spokesman told AFP. A government inquest a year after her death ruled that it was linked to excessive overtime. She had taken two days off in the month before she died. NHK eventually made the case public four years later, bowing to pressure from Sado's parents to take action to prevent a recurrence. 'Karoshi' The case has again highlighted the Japanese problem of "karoshi" — meaning death from overwork — and is an embarrassing revela...

By
Image
The TV veteran was so irritated by the man's constant interruptions, he had him removed. David Dimbleby threw a rowdy audience member out of BBC Question Time tonight, after he repeatedly shouted at a Tory minister. The audience member, who identified himself as a Jeremy Corbyn supporter, questioned whether Theresa May had legitimacy as Prime Minister after failing to get a majority. He ranted: " Jeremy Corbyn has proven that anti-austerity policies are popular! The Tories and the Blairites lost that election." But as Justice Secretary David Lidington tried to defend the struggling Tory government, he repeatedly interrupted him and other panellists, shouting out for the rich and corporations to be taxed more heavily. Dimbleby tried to calm the man down, saying: "I know you have your views. You're one person in an audience of 150, I don't want you taking over this programme. He's speaking, let him speak." But as Lidington attempted to explain about th...
