SENATOR SAYS PRESIDENT MUST INVESTIGATE GOVERNOR EL'RUFAI OVER THE DEATH OF EX-PRESIDENT

THE GOVERNOR LEFT WITH SENATOR SANI TO THE RIGHT

The Senator representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to probe the Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai over the death of late Musa Yar'Adua.

Sani gave the call while reacting to claims by El-Rufai saying the late Yar'Adua died because he opposed him, El-Rufai.

El-Rufai had claimed that while Yar'Adua fought him and ended up in the grave, the immediate past President, Goodluck Jonathan was voted out of power for doing same.

The Governor gave the warning while warning political opponents not to fight him.But in a post on his Facebook, Sani wrote: "With new facts emerging about Yar'adua's death, President Buhari should open a new investigation into what actually happened to the late President.

"The hitherto belief was that his death was as a result of a natural, terminal illness, recent revelations has proved otherwise.

"We must clear this fog of history; What killed President Umaru Yar'adua and Who Killed Killed Umaru Yar'adua?"

The meeting of the Federal Executive Council that holds every Wednesday did not hold yesterday. Yesterday would have afforded President Muhammadu Buhari who returned to the country on Saturday the opportunity of presiding over the council meeting for the first time in over three months. The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, disclosed in a statement that the meeting would not hold. Late Joy Odama Autopsy has revealed that Joy Odama who was allegedly killed by an Alhaji in Abuja, died after inhaling carbon monoxide fumes. Joy Odama, a 200 level undergraduate Mass Communication student at Cross River State University, according to her mother was murdered by Usman Adamu. Former President, Mr Goodluck Jonathan has confirmed the theft of his property from his house in Abuja. He confirmed the incident in a statement by his spokesperson, Ikechukwu Eze, following some media reports that the home was stripped bare and some of the items stolen were being sold in markets.
