NIGERIAN NATIONAL STABS COMPATRIOT IN KENYA

A Nigerian man was stabbed to death by his friend, over an unknown amount of money in Ruaka, Kiambu county. The middle aged man was stabbed several times in the chest. Residents who responded to screams rushed to the scene and apprehended the culprit, who is also a Nigerian, and started beating him, before he was saved by police. He was taken to the Karuri police station, as police launch investigations. The deceased's body was taken to the city mortuary. Neighbors described the two men as secretive and reserved.

About a year ago, maybe two, police believe a DeKalb County man in his mid-forties died at home. Nobody found him until Friday, when a homeless man who'd been coming by to scavenge as of late spotted the remains, according to police. The homeless man told a neighbor, who suggested the man call police, but he didn't, so the neighbor called Monday. Authorities responded and saw the skeleton through a window of the home on Telstar Drive in the Ellenwood area. It lay in bed. Shiera Campbell, DeKalb police spokeswoman, said the county medical examiner's office is working to determine the cause of death for the man, whose identity hasn't been released. Iran has announced sanctions against 15 US companies, alleging they support "terrorism", repression and Israel's occupation of Palestine, in retaliation for measures earlier announced by Washington. A foreign ministry statement carried by the state-run IRNA news agency on Sunday said the sanctions barred companies from any agreements with Iranian firms, and that former and current directors would not be eligible for visas into Iran.It also said any of the company's assets in Iran could be seized.
