BABU OWINO DARES MOSES KURIA,"YOU ARE NOT MAN ENOUGH

-Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has dared Moses Kuria and Jubilee to put Raila under house arrest like Kuria had threatened

- Kuria who was speaking in Nairobi's Mwiki area said that Jubilee is ready to put Raila under house arrest should he try to stop the coming election

- Raila, in the past few weeks has been calling for drastic changes in the IEBC saying the current commission cannot hold a credible election

- Similarly, Raila's father was put under house arrest during the height of opposition politics in Kenya in the 1960's

Embakasi East MP, Babu Owino has warned Moses Kuria against carrying out the threat of putting Raila under house arrest.

Kuria has said that Raila will be put under house arrest should he prevent the country from constructing the scheduled repeat presidential election.

In a post that was posted on social media, Kuria insisted that Raila would suffer the same fate his father did.

Raila's father, Jaramogi Odinga was put under house arrest during the height of opposition politics in Kenya in the 1960's.

Kuria's sentiments did not sit well with the Embakasi East MP who is a die-hard Raila foot-soldier.

Firing from the comfort of his Facebook account, Owino asked Kuria and the rest of his Jubilee cohorts to carry out the threat if they are men enough.

"Moses Kuria I dare you & your bosses to place Rt Hon Raila Odinga under house arrest if you are real men," Owino wrote.

Kuria was recently arrested following his remarks against the NASA alliance that were deemed inciteful.

The opposition, which successful challenged Uhuru Kenyatta's win in August, has vowed there will be no election until their demands regarding the IEBC are met.

Uncertainty looms over the October 17 scheduled repeat presidential election with any delays meaning the country could be plunged into a constitutional crisis as Uhuru's powers as a president are limited unless he is elected again and sworn in.
