THE END HAS COME FOR PRESIDENT BUHARI-FORMER MINISTER SAYS

The former Minister of Aviation and Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Femi Fani-Kayode, has announced the end of the road for President Muhamamdu Buhari.

 He described Buhari as an ‘evil-minded’ person, who has been rejected by God.

 In a Facebook post, Fani-Kayode predicted that many things will happen in the few months, asking Nigerians to buckle up.

 He wrote: “President Muhammadu Buhari is venal and malevolent. He has been rejected by the Living God.

 “His is a government of psychopaths, ethnic supremacists, radical Islamists, skull and bone diviners, and voodoo merchants.

 “We are entering the end game. Everything is coming to a head. The next few months will be instructive and critical. Much will happen.”

 Just few days ago, the ex-Minister had averred that there will be chaos in the country, if President Muhammadu Buhari dies in Aso Rock.

 He went further to say that: “The truth is that we are sitting on a keg of gunpowder in this country, and I sincerely hope and pray that the President’s health improves, and some measure of order, predictability, sanity, peace and stability, is restored.”

In an alleged ecstasy to impress their paymaster, a team of police operatives, on Sunday, shot dead one Elvis Ovie and injured another, Onome Eko, during a party in Warri, Delta State. Operatives, three of whom are now in police detention, were said to have been in a shooting spree to impress an alleged internet fraudster popularly called 'yahoo yahoo boys' for whom they were providing security. It was gathered that the gun-wielding cops were led by one Insp. Imana Samuel, a Sergeant and a corporal from the Warri Area Command. ONIGBESE GOVERNOR OF KOGI MOVES TO END STRIKE IN STATE UNIVERSITY

Governor  Yahaya Bello of Kogi state has appealed to members of the state university's academic staff union to call off their strike.(Which would be a big mistake if they comply) Bello, who visited the University at Ayingba on Tuesday, pledged to pay all the salary arrears of lecturers and non-academic staff of the institution this month. He said the payment would cover those on contract and study leave, as well as those employed in 2015. Nigerian artiste and the father of the 2nd child of serial entrepreneur, Toyin lawani, has been arrested by the Lagos State police.  As at the time of filing this report, Lordtrigg is at the Jakande police station, Lekki, Lagos, for not paying his hotel bills at the Golden Bird Hotel in Ilasan, Lekki He's currently behind the counter with his friend, without slippers. The hotel had reported them and police busted them in their room today, with their laptops.  The hotel said they claim to be musicians but the police is claiming that they are "Yahoo boys," after busting them with four laptops. NIGERIAN SECURITY AGENTS FOIL ISIS/BOKO HARAM PLOT TO BOMB UK AND US EMBASIES

Nigerian security forces say they have foiled a plot by ISIS-linked Boko Haram militants to bomb the British High Commission and US Embassy in the capital Abuja. The Department of State Services announced that it had arrested five suspects who were planning attacks. A DSS official said a suspected Boko Haram member who was arrested on March 22, in north-eastern Yobe state, confessed details of the plot. That led to the arrests of the five plotters, who were based in Benue State, in the country's middle belt, and the Federal Capital Territory, on March 25 and 26. 30 NEW ILLEGAL REFINERIES FOUND IN RIVERS STATE

Victor Choji, the Executive Officer of the Nigerian Navy Ship (NNS) Pathfinder, Port Harcourt, said this during the destruction of one of the illegal refineries on Thursday. He said all the refineries were discovered in Asari Toru Local Government area of Rivers, with 40 huge metallic storage tanks . The News Agency of Nigeria reports that some of the storage tanks were filled with petroleum products suspected to be diesel and crude oil. Choji noted that the discovery was in continuation of the current mop-up of illegal refineries and illicit bunkering of petroleum products by crude oil thieves.
