I just wonder why things we heard happened during the slave age or colonial era keeping popping up in action in this 21st century,what a shame.
 A shocking video has shown a Reverend father flogging his church members in an African church.
The bizarre ritual it is believed was to cleanse members of sin. The white man of God is seen holding a stick (which is said to be holy) and whacks the members who lined up to receive the flogging. Watch the video below:

Embattled Nigerian artiste, Dammy krane, appeared in court today for his bail hearing in the 9-count fraud charges leveled against him in the U.S. He was in court with Chukwuebuka, his accomplice. Chukwuebuka, who is claiming to be Dammy krane's show promoter, filed paperwork saying that he is indigent. According to our source, the court looked at his papers and it was found that he has no money or property in any bank. He was thereby kept in jail till 22nd of June, 2017. On his part, Dammy krane pleaded not guilty and paperwork was provided to his defense attorney, showing what police found on his phone. The federal government has approved the closure of five foreign missions and embassies, minister of foreign affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama said. Onyeama told newsmen in Abuja on Thursday, May 25, 2017. The minister, who did not mention the embassies or missions, said the process for closure was underway and was also subject to the approval of the president. "We do not want to indicate the embassies that will be closed yet because we are in the process of submitting the proposals, the cost analysis and also the political analysis we did to the president. "When he sees that, he may or may not want to close some, so we have not yet reached the stage of closing some," he said. The minister also reiterated that the closing missions abroad were "extremely expensive". "The expense, costs of closing embassies is so high and prohibitive but in the long run it will more economical." Commissioner of Police Olafimihan Adeoye, who paraded the suspects, said they were arrested on October 6, 2017, following a tip-off and investigations. King, and others on death row in Lagos prisons very soon. The nation’s apex court had on 27 February, 2016 upheld the judgment of the Apeal Court which passed death penalty on King, saying the condemned cleric must die by hanging.
