A 27-year-old Uncle, identified as Ibrahim, in Ijebu Igbo area of Ogun state forcefully raped a 11-month old baby (name withheld) which is currently fighting for her life.
According to reports, the mother of the little child had dropped her off with the Ibrahim who lives next door in a bid to get some food stuffs in the nearby market.

While the baby’s mother was away, Ibrahim used his fingers to tamper with the child’s s3xual organs while she was in a deep slumber before trying to penetrate with his manhood.

“It was at this point that we shouted and that attracted the attention of other neighbours”, and eye witness said.
The pervert uncle has been arrested is currently helping the police with investigations.

The State Security Service (SSS), on Saturday, announced the arrest of Husseini Maitangaran, a top commander of by Islamic State of West Africa (ISWA), otherwise known as Boko Haram. He was arrested in Kano on 31 August.  Maitangaran, according to a statement issued by the service, spearheaded several deadly attacks in Kano in 2012. Policemen from the Ipakodo division have arrested a suspected killer of a family of three in Ibeshe Titun, in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State. It was learnt that the suspect, whose identity had yet to be ascertained, was arrested on Tuesday in the community. German national dies after slumping at Lagos airport A German national, Mr Brenard Christo, who slumped  on Friday  at the General Aviation Terminal of the Murtala Mohammed Airport, Lagos, has died at an undisclosed hospital. The spokesman for the Lagos Airport Police Command, DSP Joseph Alabi, confirmed the death of the German to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN)  on Saturday .
