A staff of College of Education (COE), Katsina-Ala, Godwin Yanbee Bosua, has been found dead few hours after his abduction last Saturday.

It was gathered that the victim, a former bursar with the College of Education, Katsina-Ala had gone to his private nursery and primary school, close to the college but was abducted on his way by unknown gunmen,Daily Post reports.

His lifeless body was found Sunday morning in an orchard belonging to the nursery and primary school.

A close confidant of the deceased family told Sun that there were bruises on Bosua’s body, indicating that he must have been severely beaten by his assailants.

The incident is coming barely three days after some gunmen shot and killed one Ugoh Terseer Akagbue, an assistant registrar with the College of Education, Katsina-Ala, Benue State in his residence.

Meanwhile, the remains of the victim had been deposited at the morgue of the General Hospital Katsina-Ala‎.

ROGER MOORE;THE LEGEND GOES HOME

By
Image
LONDON -- Roger Moore, the suavely insouciant star of seven James Bond films, has died in Switzerland. He was 89. The British actor died Tuesday after a short battle with cancer, according to a family statement posted on Moore's official Twitter account. "We know our own love and admiration will be magnified many times over, across the world, by people who knew him for his films, his television shows and his passionate work for UNICEF, which he considered to be his greatest achievement," the statement said. IN ACTION IN THE MOVIE "FOR YOUR EYES ONLY" Moore's relaxed style and sense of whimsy, which relied heavily on the arched eyebrow, seemed a commentary on the essential ridiculousness of the Bond films, in which the handsome British secret agent was as adept at mixing martinis, bedding beautiful women and ordering gourmet meals as he was at disposing of super-villains trying to take over the world. "To me, the Bond situations are so rid...

DAILY DEVOTION FOR TODAY 13th,APRIL 2017

By
Image
The Enticement Of Evil   A daily devotion for April 13th   From your friends at  RayStedman.org     Read: Genesis 3:1-6       Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made (Genesis 3:1a).       Let us move on to consider the strategy that the Tempter employs. This is most instructive because it is exactly the strategy he employs when he appears as an angel of light to us—not that we shall see visions of shining beings—but the personality that he exemplifies, the character in which he appears, is the same now as then. He is an angel of light. Scripture makes clear that the devil can also appear as a roaring lion, meaning he can strike in tragedy, in sickness, or in physical evil, as he struck Job or Paul, with his thorn in the flesh, which Paul called the messenger of Satan. When he appears as a lion, he can strike fear into our hea...
