My rest not over, Osinbajo will continue – Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari has admitted that he decided to return to Nigeria on Friday,so he can continue to rest over this weekend.

Buhari returned to the country 49 days after he left  on a medical vacation to the United Kingdom.
Before he left, he transferred powers to his Vice-President,Yemi Osinbajo,who has earned plaudits for how he handled the role.

Buhari has now said Osinbajo would continue to work, while he looks after himself.He also told those who are planning to come and see him, to stay back and continue to pray for the country.

The President also hinted that he would be doing some follow-ups on his health in a few weeks.

*Police were called to Piccadilly bus station after a suitcase was found on the 192 bus and a man reportedly ran from the scene A suitcase has been left on a bus at Piccadilly bus station sparking a security alert. Police were called to Portland Street after the suitcase was found on the 192 bus at 11.35am. Greater Manchester Police officers are on their way to the scene to investigate. An attempt by a mother of two children to smuggle a phone to her boyfriend in prison custody has been foiled by the officials of the Nigerian Prisons Service (NPS) in Abeokuta, Ogun State. The 33-year-old woman, Fatima Balogun who has been arrested by men of the Special Intelligence Unit of the NPS, carried out the action on Wednesday at the gate lodge of Abeokuta maximum Prisons in Ibara. Two Fulani herdsmen, Umar and Musa Ali, who are brothers, have been arrested by men of the Nasarawa State Police Command for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl at Tudun Lambaga in the Eggon Hills area, Eggon Local Government Area of the state. The victim, simply identified as Esther, was reportedly ambushed and assaulted by the suspects at a secluded part of the road.
